I am really very disappointed with the bad capsule 3 pro transparent. I have ordered it and purchased them from their official website and facing battery issues and Bluetooth connectivity issues also as i used them for the first time. Battery gets drained very quickly in just almost maximum 2 hours and when the battery gets drained under 50 percent their Bluetooth automatically disconnects while using them. (Listening music and watching videos on UA-cam). I lauched the complain, they give me address and said to return them by shipping on their given address as they replaced them with new ones, and as per their worst policy customers itself have to bear the return shipping cost. It totally doesn't make any sense. Their products are already much more expensive than others. Is this is the customers mistake? if their products not working properly as they claims on their box and description on their own official website, and according to them, they didn't refund money as per the policy. They only refund money when they delivered the product wrong and if the product is damaged or the sealed is already opened. I am shocked and very much disappointed with their hilarious and worst products as they are charging much more money than other companies. It's being sarcastically weird for me when they said the customer have to bear tge return shipping cost. They are just doing only frauds by selling their very much low quality products and charging money even two times higer than other local companies like Ronin, Zero lifestyle, Danny & Audionic etc. I didn't recommend any to buy their any product even from their official website / store soundspeats.pk. If anyone wants any type of confirmation contact me on my email address (taimoorjutt302@gmail.com), i will give proofs of return shipping slip, purchase slip and screenshots of my conversation with their seller. Highly not recommended. Worst products i have ever experienced.
