Looks beautiful, but where do the people keep there stuff? Even minimalists own shoes and jackets. Do they have hidden closets that were not shown?
Brutal
Well said keep up the good work love this home
Je ne pas trouvé le miracle…
I love the way you styled this house! I also run a channel about home design and would love for you to check it out. 😍
the view from the sidewalk at 0:27 is outstanding
This is full of inaccurate statements. The reinforced steel is still needed in some major key parts of the building. Check the grand designs Uk episode where this house is featured.
Amazing!
Não é uma casa pra pessoas, ou animais; mas sim para o mobiliário, ou o jogo de luz e sombras; é uma casa pra cinema, comercial, novela. Casas para pessoas é diferente;
sublime
🇧🇷😍✨
Wow! Wow! Wow! Breathtaking! heart😍
That "volcanic stone" looks like just grey stucco ? I don't see individual rocks making up the wall ?
Pretty old but concrete looks cool, it's the best building material for all times!!!
Looks very nice! ❤ Thanks for the great review 👍
¿"Exuberante paisaje cretino"? Relativo o perteneciente a Creta: cretense. Por tanto: "Exuberante paisaje cretense"
¡Maravillosa!
How many times can you say “gracing cattle” in one video? Beautiful house but lazy writing, use chat GPT at least. Unless, of course, you are actually advertising cattle.
They clearly did use AI to write and narrate it, which is the problem. The "narrator" keeps reading the word "it" as "I.T." among numerous other repetitions and fluff.
excellent house , like it.
AI. It’s rubbish.
great concept
This is not a house!!! it's a SPA! It says so in the program and the architectural plan... geez
had me until the gym...
Really enjoyed this. I find it more interesting to see a creatively designed and built small home than a large, money-is-no-object structure
J’adore votre travail ❤❤
Stunning…. the area around beachland northland NZ is amazing as is Bay of Plenty … the Pohutukawa trees are stunning♥️
first
just like a hospital room! to clen!! to organaize for a work place!
a sanctuary for inner trip.
Why not call it for what it is - unbelievably ugly!!
The filming is all rather vague as it doesn’t show us the interior details properly, especially the heating, kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping area. And what about water, power, and waste?? All far too vague
What a beautiful space!
Stone, wood, “brutalist” construction and simple but elegant design surrounded by nature… that is all! Regards!
I love it!
Beautiful and Elegant design and construction!
Beautifully constructed in stunning location sympathetic to everything in its range. A unique Australian home indeed. The fire rating referred to here is an Australian Government Standard requirement given its location. BAL (Bushfire Attack Level)-FZ (Flame Zone) is the actual assessment outcome on this build, which means "Extremely high risk of ember attack, subsequent exposure to burning debris and an extreme level of radiant heat as well as direct flame contact, heat flux exposure is in excess of 40 kW/m²." And is the highest rating in this assessment - welcome to Australia! Also noting this may also have been built on indigenous land which may be managed carefully to reduce the risk posed to this home and it's surrounds.
OSB has been sadly overlooked as a finish material. Bravo!
Totally agree
Looks very nice! ❤ We really appreciate your work 👍
At the rate of these extreme weather events, this could be our near future homes
Interesting project . Thx
Thank you too!
I really like the design and the materials used but not sure how it blends in nature.
name of the photographer/artist of the black and white photos?
stupenda, una piccola meraviglia
Very innovative. I know people who build and design things. Backing the cabin into the hillside is a brilliant way to moderate heating needs as the whole cabin would likely maintain a minimum temperature of 55%. I used to be a spelunker, so I know what that feels like! However, heating a space when it starts at level well above freezing is a big benefit, as is having the sliding glass doors that face the sun, as the heat soaks into the concrete parts of the construction and releases the heat after the sun goes down. The bed area also reminds me of old fashioned practice of hanging heavy draperies all around the bed to hold heat in during the night. Lots of people in the world live in homes as small as this. I lived in a studio which was probably about this size and I really liked it, The storage ideas are smart and well concealed. I would have enjoyed seeing more. Thank you!
Absolutely Stunning.
