Hi! These vudeos have been helpful. May you please help me to understand how the hips help turn the feet out (1st postiton...? "V"...?)? I'm not sure how to do it without just physically turning from my feet/ ankles. Maybe I'm misunderstsnding what you meant. Thanks for any input.

Where is the 4?
In salsa, you don’t step on counts 4 and 8. It is the same as if you were to dance quick, quick, slow, quick quick slow, or 1, 2, 3, rest, 4, 5, 6, rest. Happy dancing!
