Another simple way: Add CC Repe TIle above Deep Glow and set all expand values to 300 or more and change the tiling to none. There you have it 😌 Just make it a preset and drop it everytime.

Good tutor. Few tips. Use shape layer 1 as alpha matte and you don't need create masks and track them. To fast copy all transform properies you can drag a pickwhip+SHIFT from selected to parent layer
