How backward to think black people may not have money, or is it race-baiting. She could have arranged with the Presiding Officer early, in his office for a remand of her case, but this story is just sickfning. It was not racist of the judge, but no respect from Sarah. Also, people enter and leave courtrooms continuously. This is a horrible narrative. Despite her position, she is not above the law.

This is a great way to start the morning and so incredibly inspirational. I hope with the new administration this will continue to grow and be the new normal because our Country will Need Leadership Like Sarah to lead the charge of Justice for all Americans Citizens in this Country. Heaven knows we need leadership like this to help our great nation thrive and Sarah is a True Hero in my humble opinion and deserves an Medal for her Service and Leadership in this Effort for Fairness in the Courtroom for All American Citizens.

This is why we need accountability in our justice system. Judge Harrison’s actions were beyond unjust, but Sarah's strength and the community’s unity give me hope. Let’s demand more transparency and fairness from those in power

Ok so I get the premise of this. However, a few things stood out that still doesn’t seem right. First, the judge was able to retire without any REAL discipline. So he gets to enjoy his retirement financially comfortable. I’m willing to bet he had no shame & would do it all over again because his “less than” victims received what he WANTED them to receive! Second, the clerk received a promotion after compiling raw data for 12yrs & only “appears” to offer it now. Yes, I understand the fear of retaliation! However, what about all the “less than” victims that NEEDLESSLY suffered his RACIST & ILLEGAL practices & INTENDED consequences?! Did they EVER get their TRUE justice?!? Lastly, why was there no mention of HIS charges by ANYONE they had evidence of wrongdoing?!? It’s almost like letting the high power white people with $ know…it’s ok to be the real you! In the end those “less than” individuals got what they deserved & don’t you worry, we’ve got your back on this! But yea, keep telling everyone you “learned your lesson”! I tell you what though, if this was an AI story or even if true with names changed, as long as wealthy white people are in a position of power, we’ll never have equality because it’s NOT what they all want! I do not believe people who use biased behavior against others do so without their conscious knowledge. That's a cop out that shouldn't be allowed. If others can see what you are doing, then you are aware of what you're doing also. If you have negative thoughts about someone based on who they are and act on those as opposed to how you treat others. You are totally aware of your thoughts, beliefs, and actions and make very conscious decisions based on that thought and belief system.

That's just a tip of the injustice that goes on in Ga and other states. Talking about it is one thing, doing something about it is another. When you still. have Judges with this Jim Crow mentality I have a son that was accused of a crime. Not saying he didn't do it. What I'm saying is that even his court-appointed lawyer had doubts. A young black man in Ga, a first-time offender was sentenced to two years in prison and eight years probation. From the first time in prison down to the last day of probation, has been said he should've never been convicted. Now that's over and has been completed without any more problems. But can't find a decent job, yet the highest job in the US with more than one charge gets paid more money than most of the taxpayers will ever see, something is wrong with this picture. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

I don't know if the story is true or fantasy, but regardless, this story should be a mandatory part of the training and education of public employees at any level within public administration.

Although presented as a "true story" after only a cursory Google review I CAN NOT find any evidence that this story actually happened. I will agree that racism exists but so do bs UA-cam stories. Can anyone point me to more information about this case. I wonder for example how it is that this UA-cam channel knows what she wore to court that day. I think if true at all most if this story is just sensationalized "click bait" and in many ways as much to blame for the problems this country finds itself in as racism itself.
