1978 Lincoln town car was better than 1979. Same car but 78 had a 460 4 barrel carburetor 79 had 400 2 barrel . made a big difference in power

The amount of errors in this video warrants a redo. You are showing a picture of a 1970 Buick GS with the wording "Buick Collector 225 Sport Coupe". There is/was no such car. it's a Buick ELECTRA 225 Sports Coupe. Next, you show a Buick NAILHEAD engine with the caption "7.5 Litre 455 Engine". which didn't exist in 1970. It was discontinued in 1966. @7:47 The Buick is referred to as "The Electric"...Really?? and once again you show the discontinued nailhead engine instead of the current for that year 455. Next..The Imperial didn't have Chrysler's name on it and it's LEBARON and not LIBERA(that name does not exist on a car). So adjust your AI settings and get this right for crying out loud.

The Vega was a good looking little car for the day, but reliability was horrendous. By friend in HS sold his for $50 when his parent got him an Accord hatchback.

Plymouth made a Fury 3 wagon police car with a 440 magnum. Ford made a Galaxie wagon police car with a 429. I owned both in the late 70's & early 80's. And yes both were factory.

Chevelle’s are my number one but I wouldn’t mind having a Baldwin Vega or any Baldwin car , If the epa had kept their noses out from factories asses GM would have likely been the one who had the baddest compact cars , but they had to ruin it all for everyone else.

The Omni was a pretty descent car in that time period! In GLHS form it was a wolf in sheep's clothing! It literally outperformed the Shelby Mustang in handling and track time! The only real drawback to the 2.2 was a common problem across most four cylinders in that time period blown head gaskets! That was just as much or worse a problem for Japanese cars of that time period! The other thing Japanese car manufacturers were over rating their HP numbers! If you watched your gauges and stopped if you noticed your car beginning to run hot you could prevent a blown head gasket! Roll came out with a better head gasket for the 2.2. Again the 2.2 could be set up to be extremely fast! There were also ways to counteract the torque steer by swapping to balanced half shafts from the minivans! I agree with others that this list is really from someone not very knowledgeable about cars! I will also add despite being ugly the Aztek was a pretty good vehicle also! My old mail carrier used them because they were inexpensive to buy and very dependable. The fact you missed the Vega and Pinto points to huge problems with this list! Worst cars I ever owned were Vegas! The Pinto was a close second with the Mid Term Mustang right there with it.

I had a '78 Dodge Omni 024... Rolling piece of shit. Something new broke every second day. At highway speeds the power would shut on and off like you unplugged something for a second. I think someone later said that was a bad distributor. My last Dodge....

Sorry but having the Omni as your worst car is a mistake I had the 2 door version in 1981 under the Plymouth brand and with the 2.2L engine was the most powerful car offered that year by Chrysler. I kept mine for 12 years and its reliability was no worse than average back then. . Really the Chevrolet Vega should have been number 1. And the Horsey was a weird aberration from the dawn of motor vehicles. The Edsel should have been that position.

Almost none of these cars were actually BAD. The aztek was actually a genuinely great car mechanically. It was just ugly.
