The hammerhead shark "helmet" piece is from the Atlantis theme, found in two sets: Seabed Strider, and Deep Sea Raider.

The nice thing about bioncle is there are a limited number of sets, so unlike say a combination of 3x regular bricks, you can sorta narrow it down from there Just went through this with the wash on 30 quarts of stuff, seperating out all the prebuilt parts, on stuff I wasn't going to piece together, and washed everything!, now to sort Good luck!

Instead of writing on bags I've been writing on post it note 8ths(cut into 8ths), the mini numb, new/used, and any additional info like Blaster included, in case it gets seperated from remarks, and then putting into one of those card storage boxes you can get at any CCG card shop, seperated by theme, SW, Ninjago, Super hero, Misc, Its been working pretty well, but don't have a huge number of them. Think you did really well, some of that stuff might not see a profit for a while, but for whole minifigs breaking even and having so much extra left over, that looks like a good haul to me.

close to break even on complete minifigs isn't bad! Ideally you would start making money on the complete ones of course, but you can't win everything! And you got stuff for personal use, so even better.

If I remember correctly, there was a comic series for these guys in the Lego Magazine, what a wild ride.

The ball bearings might actually have been from a Technic set. Some included metal bearings with no visible Lego markings on them. Edit: I forgot to mention that Google Lens is a pretty good way to quickly identify Lego parts. It gets tripped up on the more obscure pieces, but photographing a piece on a white background and then using Google Lens is a good shortcut if you don't want to break out a magnifying glass to look for the part number embedded on each piece.

You should definitely keep it, although I would swap out the easily damaged chrome and transparent pieces in the drum for cheaper pieces like extra studs from sets (or even broken brown pieces, since the pieces just need to spin and don't need to be intact).

I had most of this set come through the store over a year ago and was equally flabbergasted, lol.

I pieced this together bag at a time. I think I took over a year to get all the parts and finish it, so yea, time consuming! In the end it’s one of my favourite sets though. I found unofficial stickers on eBay, may be from the same seller, but opted to use the old forestman shields for the front of the castle (it was before the new ones came out). I like the idea of using it for the Black Falcons too. I think if I do that there will have to be a forest man hiding out somewhere 😃

I have thought of doing this as well, but general consensus is you need a LOT of parts to do it, though I am listing through some sets and minifigs, but need to figure out shipping on everything as that is what really worries me from pulling the trigger, I am excited to see how things go.
