GT7 and all GT games do not have the real drivetrains in their cars. GT7 has 4WD in Gr4. 4WD is found in Jeeps and offroaders. AWD is found in road cars, some racing cars and WRC cars. The Gr4 cars have 4WD that is programmed like 4WD which hinders their performance and heavily effects the Gr4 Lancer. FM8 and FH and AC games use AWD systems in their games and they have better performance because they have the correct drivetrain which lowers turbo lag because all 4 wheels work together and not separate like 4WD. Gran Turismo is not a simulator, it's a fantasy game with fantasy handling. Try FM8 AWD cars and then GTs and you will notice a difference and never go back to GT games.
