Created this channel to shear my knowledge on knife throwing in Hungarians.
Then it evolved into my video diary..
And maybe some instructional videos, too.
Ebben a csatornaban megprobalom egy helyre osszegyujteni azt az anyagot ami erdemes tudni a dobokesekrol, celtablakrol es kesdobalasrol.
Knife throwing, bo shuriken throwing, target making, throwing knifes.

Good work
Thank you!
great information on the subject. self taught here and feel there is a plateau with learning on your own. online videos are very helpful, but without an instructor, tweaking details is usually impossible without a more knowledgeable eye your technique
Thank you! Your support is appreciated! And your feedback is valued. It is so nice to hear what others think about the subjects I am talking about.
Wise words. I agree with your take. Early after i started, i decided to have an MMA mindset to throwing. I've taken various elements from different throwers. It's as you say with doing what works for you. Make it yours. I practice certain styles, but don't claim any style.. Great video, man. I like the advice.
Thank you! I think it is a "horses for courses" type of scenario. Which translates to we all have to find what works for us, and for our goals. I'm happy to hear that you have found your path!
I like your style, and I also love the fact you showed the steps away from the target. Well done sir
@@JamiGray-k3o thank you!
You're good, dude. I've messed around with lazy styles, basically walking around, acting like i wasn't interested in throwing at all. Even drunken-style..
@@atrocious_pr0xy Thank you! It is a work in progress.
@@atrocious_pr0xy I have done this with my axes.. still trying to figure out the knives, knives are close combat. Achilles is the point of strike for me. Ground level.
great technique and a really cool target set up!
@@thealuminati520 Thank you!
I love this angle. I like being able to see the blade's fall in. Visually, we lose sight of the speed, but this angle allows us to see its movement. We can actually see the product of the index control. From a none thrower standpoint, seeing from the side may not even make sense to them.. here, we can see what's happening.
Very nice, man.
@@atrocious_pr0xy thank you!
Ooo nice!!
Thank you!
Good job!
Thank you!
Lovely!
Thank you!
In USA, we often measure in steps…7 steps by the blade, 10 steps from the handle, etc. Same for tomahawk.
@ReichenbachEsq thank you for the info. Do you mean foot when you said steps? That is about the same distance 7 foot = 2.1m 10 foot = 3m But for a beginner, they must remember those are just starting points before the sweet spot is established. Unless one is training for completion. That is a different story. Hope this video gives you some ideas. 🤙
Nice throws very clean
@@FlyingFighter thank you!
Looks like you really good at throwing
@@ichbinvonn thank you This is 3m and 4m. There are a lot more to learn, but this is a journey, not a sprint...
Nice job!

Mi az indok, hogy csavarhúzóval dobálsz nem késsel? Amúgy szép munka

Great video brother!!
@jamesnation7032 Thank you! I am trying to make this series very detailed so it can be used as a guide to learn all aspects of knife throwing.
@@dobokesminthobby7080 you did an excellent job bro!! Very well explained!
Thank you man!! Love the modified one. Looks like a no-spin beast!
@jamesnation7032 Thank you!

What language are you speaking? It sounds cool but I can't place it
Hello. This channel was originally created to help Hungarians, who don't speak, have access to information about knife throwing. Since then, it has become a kind of video diary and slowly venturing into the how-to territory.
That's interesting but wouldn't that throw the balance of the knife off
@simonburrell7041 I throw these no spin and can easily switch between one with and one without. I honestly don't feel any difference. But these are in the heavier knives category, so a few grams of material doesn't cause a real issue.
@dobokesminthobby7080 interesting I've always been curious about how to throw knives, and whether you can do it with any knife or just special made ones. Any tips on starting out
@simonburrell7041 I already have some videos for beginners. But I have also just recently started a series within the channel called " knife throwing for dummies " In those, I will cover all I know and provide detailed information on all aspects of the hobby. Hope in those videos you will find answers to your questions.
@dobokesminthobby7080 wow thanks man that's awesome
That's really cool and your accuracy is impressive, I've never been able to figure out how to throw any weapon you should make a video teaching how to throw any knife or shuriken
@simonburrell7041 thank you. I am planning to make videos on how I throw in the future. I just need to find the time.
great target set up and drill for mechanical repeatability.easier to diagnose fixable issues with multiple hits in ever so slightly different areas down range. great as always.
@@thealuminati520 thank you! I really want to get relatively accurate with no spin, hence the 100mm circles.
I like these a lot. I want some heavy shurikens. These things are thunking! Great tnrowing.
Aye, these are monsters! 😮 Very cool, though. 👍👍
@@TheShurikenZone 😅 total monster. Would love to see them in the ShurikenZone!

just the slightest bit to left. wonder if you point your toes the slightest bit to the right if that will allow your natural aiming area to be more to the right? very repeatable mechanics
Lets make some "purge" knives for you to try 🤣

Nice throwing, sir. 👍👍 These drills were you move forward and backward are great practice.
Thank you!
thats so cool thanks for the video👍
You are welcome, I am happy that you have enjoyed it.
Nice throwing. My sweet spot is 4 meters. I'm having a bit of trouble getting consistent at 5 meters which is my goal. If I can be consistent at 5 meters with a solid parallel straight stick I am happy. 6 and 7 meters I can wait for but I'm trying to get consistent at 5 meters. I have been doing walk back drills taking small steps back to get better at the 5 meters mark.
Thanks! I think 5m is a good achievement. As you see, I have room to improve on that. I even dropped one at 4m. I also think these step drills are very helpful in becoming a bit more instinctive.
consistency!
Thank you!
those are such great throws! i need to try this drill
TAIR!!! such a great technique

I was going to say, was there someone sleeping in the background so i'm glad you write that down. thank you for your information.
Yeah, she snores loud when she is happy in sleep. Sorry for that. Glad that some of the information is useful for you.
I have only been throwing for about a year now. but I have a lot of problems getting distance throws with no spin, so your videos are very informative for me, thank you give your dog a pat for me.@@dobokesminthobby7080
