I really enjoyed making this one. Purely freestyled, didn't plan nor script anything in particular. As I mentioned about this channel, I want to show more of my own life and really do this for myself as a way to document my life, because I know when I'm 60+ years old, I will want to look back at these videos and be super grateful that I recorded everything. With the number of sets you're doing and 10 exercises, how long are you in the gym for?
3-3.5hours. I've been doing it for quite some time, and notice I tend to enjoy taking my sweet time, but lately I've been wanting to reduce my time working out to 2-2.5hours. Which I plan on supersetting my workouts and reducing rest time for this Chest & Back Routine. I love the gym and I'm never in a rush.
