Hey, I'm wondering what's "Screwed" meaning in regards to remixing, just curious
This isn’t factual. At least if it is and this is the right guess then it is facts. A DJ from Houston named DJ Screw made the style of music first. I’m guessing chopped is the slowed down and cuts back n forth between the same track. You stagger the song on one deck like half a step/beat in front of the other and switch the fader bar back n forth. N add other effects n stuff. So maybe chopped is the style and it’s named after Dj screw because he originated it. Rip
