I agree with everything your interviewee said hear. The three weren't all together at the same time. There were more people there when they were shot (extra car tracks on the lane, possibly a Cosworth). There was a drugs deal with money involved because Pat said so to the garage guy that afternoon (he was coming into a lump of money that night). It was later in the night or early the next morning when the hit happened (no frost on The Range Rover). I believe Jasper drove the gunman to the location (they would have needed a clean gun as they call it in the underworld and untraceable from any other crime). They probably said to the three, " were just waiting on the money to arrive and do the swap". I think Pat was shot first cause he was the biggest threat of the three and then the other two. Then Pat was finished off last. I think DN was undercover and agree totally that his arrest was a set up to bring him in out of the cold. Two other officers connected were removed the very same day and paid off at a secret tribunal. DN was planted in the open jail with all of them and chased Steel after their release. The drug deals started getting messed up as soon as he got involved including dude gear and almost getting caught on one of the last runs by the drug squad. No need to say anymore there. Finally There was something mentioned that Dibley may have had a personal vested interest in catching Steel. It may have been on a personal level from something that happened earlier in their lives, but it looks like he knew Steel personally and was out to get him. It may have been on a professional level as a detective and he wanted to close him down as Steel was making them and the drug squad look like clowns. Finally when you look at Tucker as being the main target and put all this together it really shows that DN lied and Steel and Whomes set up. So either Dibley was the most stupid, dumbist, unintellageble and incompetent detective that ever lived in the history of mankind, or, he was part of the set up and just as corrupt as any other police involved with the top firms at that time. As to the shooter. He called to The Blundells 3 days prior to the hit with the warning to be passed on. He road a motor cycle and had a Browning pistol. The Tiberius report mentions a member of one of the top firms at that time who used a mortor cycle for quick get aways and a Browning pistol for numerous hits that he was never convicted for. He also wore tracksuits and runners because they were easy to burn leaving no evidence. Listen to Jasper's description of the hit man ( he wore a tracksuit, trainers and had a sawn off shotgun in a bag, but they stopped on route to pick up a back up gun. A fifteen shot Browning pistol). I believe it was who Albert Patrick from TMeye that said he was a very dangerous individual and he wouldn't want him on his tail.
