I stumbled into that camp over encumbered coming down from the north. Popped Psycho Jet, Psycho, Psycho Buff, Med X, and one of the HP buff foods. Broke out my bad ass combat shotgun and blasted them all down. Afterwards grabbed the MK7 enclave armor set and upgraded my power armor at Sanctuary.

Next time,buy the horse map.

A challenge? Hmmmm. Hedge Mage to Archemage. Survival of course, no fast travel. No hidden chest enchantments, you can go into the chest one time ,but except for a spell tome, scroll or staff, robes or clothing you can neither disenchant nor use anything, only sell it. Magic only, except a dagger .You can start with the steel dagger from Helgen and use any you find or are rewarded with but only daggers may be smithed. You'll wear robes or clothes, one piece robes and hood outfits have max warmth and so do vagrant robes and the fur trimmed clothes or saturnalia garb. I think. Yes you can fish. You can do any guild as long as you use magic, they can all be done with only magic. No bows,no melee except dagger ,ranged magic or staffs only. If you are desperate because you die too much, doesn't have to be permadeath, you can wear any armor geared towards magic, but not melee combat or archery. I came very close to this but LE doesn't have the magic oriented armor except as random drops of mixed types..AE you can get that. You can buy or craft spells or staves. Myrwatch and Neloth's lab have staff enchanters. Neloth's is vanilla. Should be there mods or not. Basically you are Marcurio,without the formal education, making your living with your skills.Any race you want. Altmer ,Dunmer or Breton have the best starting magic .Imperials have Restoration, so you can use wards right off, just like an Altmer. You are a Hedge mage ,not a college trained specialist, any school of magic is fine. You can make up any background you like to explain your wandering mage.

I say Alduin,your followers can go with you right up to Odaviing and it's not as hard as either Dawnguard or Dragonborn, you'll run out of lives real quick in the last two.

Funniest Civil War moment for me was I summoned Odaviing to set all the Imperials on fire.

Nope ,no dragons, no Thalmor no "the Stormcloaks lost" or won't be buying TES 6 unless there are mods to changes the story. If they want a Civil War it better be Crowns vs Forebears. I also want stuff from Oblivion back, like weapon repair.

if I do this Civil War Champions again gonna do it before the dragons. I had the same problem, dragon killed all the Stormcloak troops ,the Imperials were all over me so I had to summon two Golden Saints to be my soldiers.

I always get in the water and hide, the orc can't hurt you and when the eye closes you can sneak shoot him. Use ice weapons on Orcs. Fire for everyone else but Dunmer, they are weak to ice.

Your friends will fight the thugs but I think you only have Wujeeta. Guards won't interfere unless the thugs clip somebody but you. I'd have dragged them to Faldar's Tooth. There's also the horrible Spriggan Glade nearby. They are easier near Whiterun and Riverwood. Giants and fast rivers. My dude was training with Arcadia, walked in and they were there. lol.

I don't need the chest. There's so much free gold lying around. All you need is a woodcutters axe and a pickaxe ,both available near Helgen. My most challenging plays was before Survival. Went to Solstheim in The Old God's Armor, went to Solstheim in Helgen junk and grabbed the dead Redoran Guard's kit. Also went to Markarth in bandit gear,first good weapon was molag bal's mace.

Erandur is like Golldir, he is a quest reward follower. He is also very good. He uses firebolt and one- handed. He has alot of conversation lines. He will go berserk ,like many Dunmer followers and protect you ferociously. He beat the crap out of the Morag Tong boss on Master, I just cleaned up the adds. lol .Unlike virtually everyone else he pities Draugr and takes it as a service to Mara to end their eternal suffering.

Spriggans can open doors. They are at least as intelligent as an atronach.

LOL.The Wizard is at the end of the hallway ,though occasionally he is napping in the kitchen.

You might be able to get the Priest of Arkay from Markarth and Gogh the Goblin,and of course Seranny.

Golldir is a quest reward follower like Derkeethus, you would have to get rid of Derkeethus. Golldir will leave the tomb and defend it if you are sheltering there from a dragon. If you are up against Ebony Deathlords on his quest drop any ebony weapons especially a two-hander outside rooms they are in and if Golldir is disarmed he will run and get one and start wrecking Draugr. lol. Golldir is a very good tank with good armor and an axe and shield. He also can be a steward.
