So I came here because I was taking a course where the instructor talked about "borrowing" 2 bits in order to assign the submask 255.255.255.192. For the life of me, I didn't understand what that meant as far as the two bits to get a CIDR notation of /26. After watching your video, I not only understood that the two bits were from the binary number for 192 (11000000), but also was able to calculate that the subnet could have 64 devices. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

Hi, API gateway natively does not support validation of path parameters. As a workaround you can write custom logic using lambda authorizer.

Lambda itself doesn't directly interact with the pre-signed URL process. Instead, it can process the uploaded object and generate custom responses or perform other actions based on the upload event.
How come the public subnet can access the internet directly via Internet Gateway? Does the internet gateway implements NAT? if yes, then what's the purpose of NAT Gateway?
The Internet Gateway (IGW) allows instances in a public subnet to access the internet directly by routing traffic to and from the internet. It does not perform NAT (Network Address Translation). NAT is a technique used to translate private IP addresses to a public IP address and vice versa. It is essential for routing traffic from private subnets to the internet and back while keeping the private IPs hidden from external sources. The NAT Gateway is used in private subnets to enable outbound internet access while blocking inbound traffic from the internet. Essentially, IGWs handle direct access for public subnets, while NAT Gateways manage outbound traffic for private subnets. Hope this helps !!

You can check the level of logging you have selected, whether you have selected "errors only", "errors and info logs" or "full request and response logs". Another reason could be the configured role ARN might not be correct.

The reporting service (git repository) will have to trigger the backup lambda in case of successful execution of storing the data in . Trigger the restore lambda in case of unsuccessful execution. Acceptance Criteria Restore UDM from backup in case of failure Backup UDM after successful execution of reporting service batch execution can you provide me microservice code implementation.
