    You wanna be set before you shoot so you don’t move at all. For example if your huntin and you draw on an elk or deer or whatever, and you move like that and not set. Your hunt is over

    Make contact with your release bar and from there squeeze it through. The archer’s paradox is just about impossible to overcome and the feeling of need to punch or slap the trigger is sooo powerful. If you make contact first, fine aim, then send it it will be less hand and finger movement compared to moving your finger from behind the bar to the front and back all in one motion.
