Learned sum I needed for a new job
Best explained ASE vernier caliper so far - thank you! I think I finally understand what it’s reading! 😅
I’m a junior in high school and I’m very proud to say that I know how to use a CMM machine. Yes the most complicated object I had to do was a cube and a lathe part, but at least I can do it 🥳
Always QIUTE ! Fun ! Watching AMATURES ! DO WORK !
This is very useful! Thanks. I love working in CATIA
Amazing video
can you tell me where to purchase a mold to make very accurate sphere. I want to make a near -perfect sphere. thanks
Hi I have a 1999 VFO that is 20X 16Y 20Z travel. I do not have a good warm up program and I am not that good at making my own program. Can you please share with me your full warm up program ways and spindle. I can tweak it to my machine if needed. Your machine looks like a similar year as mine. Thanks Ron
Excellent video you are so professional and beautiful person . wish you the best be so proud of yourself self and never change
Sir my name is Arif form Bangladesh work in Malaysia, I have been doing manual turning for last 8 years no I think I like to move in Europe countries can you help me out
Yikes. Some bad advice here.
9 Years later and this video is still helping people out. Thank you.
Oh dear .
This is so interesting thanks for sharing
I'm confused by the first reading of the vernier scale (for external measurement). It seems to me you are reading your numbers from the top scale, which is metric, but interpreting it as "inches." Help me understand, please.
Hey why don't you go faster
Nice video thank you.
Thank uou so much. I really learned alot. God bless you always.
Don't mind me y'all just here to learn what this all means. Had a girl ask if I can write these as a pick up line lol
Excuse me?
สร้าง ระยะเคลียร์เพลน ได้น่าหวาดเสียวมาก😂 แต่ก็อย่างว่าแหละนะ โพรบเขาใหญ่อันเบ้อเริ่ม
amazing how much goes into this.
Any possible way you can get a better picture of the warm up G & M codes I’ve lost my warm-up program?
Good
Be safe idolo God bless 👍👍👍👍
我使用CMM多年,这个测头是比较便宜的型号,不太灵活,而且测头旁边的那根管子太长了,很容易碰到样品
Agreed
belajar mesin cnc dengan kontrol haas dapat mampir ke chanel ku yaaa.. Jangan lupa subscribe. Like share and comment
thank you this helped alot
ST30 BG Edit plz send
This was extremely helpful for understanding standard measurements, is there a video for metric?
as the 1000th like I must say, you should approach lowe's or someone like that and offer to do a series of video explanations on their tools
How do you inspect the 45 degree bore in the bottom right corner of this training part?
Thank you
Go Wildcats! RAWRRRRRRRRRR
what kind of steel is the mold made of?
Hanzhen harmonic drive gear , robot joint , strain wave reducer, over 30 years experience
Also try not to wear long sleeves or roll them up
"Micrometers can only measure external parts." Never heard of an internal micrometer?
That's what I was wondering 🤔, I guess he's never used an inside mic 😆.
5:27 It was right! I thought that program figure was wrong and the probe was going to crash into the workpiece Wooooooooooah!

Good

Thank you 🔥
Can u make auto parts with this
very gooooood. can I write g code in vericut manually? (like cimco)
Got it. But that vernier one (third one) was little bit confusing.
thank you for your concerned in reviewing for my reviewer in my assessment in machining NC1
first its never safe to start with a diamond on the down sweep side of the wheel you accidentally start in to deep and boom there goes the wheel exploding, same when starting to grind with the first pass NEVER ON THE DOWN SWEEP!!! and I can understand the cup wheel because you are using the edge of the wheel that is tolerable to use that kind of wheel. and to jaakko fagerlund you just learned the axis wrong at first they are using the correct axis for 3d movement x and y are 2 axis until you add the z then its 3 dimensional. cooling is not usually needed when grinding small objects because the dissipate heat very quickly but when available always use a coolant to control excess heat.

utterly useless video! cannot learn anything from this. how do you set up the tools? how do you know which tool is what? which way round? what speed for the metel you are turning? what metal are you using? total crap, waste of time!
Manual turning lathes are great for producing one off unique parts. A skilled machinist will be able to operate it as they see necessary to produce anything asked of them. In this instance, the time is takes to perform the setup is outweighed by the low volume required. While the manual turning process takes more man hours, there are many instances when you could not go without using it.
Unfortunately we live in a computer world where the manual turner is no longer required.
Hello ! Can you send me the CMM catalogue to my email : vanhaihune@gmail.com
