Aesop's The Fox and the Crow
This was my final project for an introductory animation class. The goal was to use After Effects to animate pre-drawn assets. I ended up making everything in After Effects though.
This is actually my first animated short film so it ain't Disney or Miyazaki but oh well.

I followed the tutorial on videocopilot.net to make this effect, but I added the second explosion ring, a little bit of dust, a little slow motion, and a camera shake. The elements, textures, and stock footage were provided by videocopilot.net All I basically did was follow instructions and added a couple of touches here and there.

you didnt for me look exactly like the proper old man from the real short. and you didnt have the real music. but i still quite liked it actualy.

ha really nice! very good re-creation! Cinematography was ace! Although I think you could have chosen a slihgtly better location. This one was a bit distracting in the background.
Ah, so the chicken is slightly before the egg. And God is Asian! Bravo, Steven. You can tell that the director is a master when the credits aren't one third of the film.
