Yes it's taking longer than I expected but it will be worth it. These bikes are so comfortable to ride that's why I choose to build this model. Bigniu hit a home run with this model. Even stock it is very impressive but with my upgrades it should be very nice. We will see. I have all the main parts I'm just working on getting a bag for the center to hold my 60v40ah battery and then it will be perfect. Videos coming soon.

Yes sorry my camera was on a zoom and I didn't realize it but climbing them hills I never lost more than 3mph. It went up them Hill and started out at around 35mph and never dropped below 32mph and I was 265lbs. It does good on hills trust me.

Mine is the 1st batch and it had a direct drive motor they changed it to a geared motor for anything after the 1st batch. I have been trying to talk them into going back to it so we will see what happens.

@ do you still send on UA-cam complaining about a battery from over a year ago at the end of the day I’m gonna be on my own battery and I’m gonna use his steps to build them. You think I believe you old fart on UA-cam who wanted his battery built in a particular way and it didn’t work out the way he wanted it now he’s complaining about it for over a year or a dude who have videos in the hundreds explaining and showing himself building batteries. Common sense would tell you that’s the way you wanted your battery built. I don’t watch 80% of his videos and I never seen him build a battery that way never just like he said on video that’s not the way he built batteries that’s the way you wanted it built.

He told my buddy what to buy so he did then Ebike girl changed it all up and wanted to go to home Depot to get house wire and build it with just 10g solid house wire plus he knew the guy was using a real high power controller so he knew it needed to built good and my buddy had no idea how to build one and lol this is the 2nd one of Ebike girls builds that blew up go read the comments in my videos and you will see it's has happened more than just this time so again you all been warned not to let him build your batteries

So if you don't know anything let's say about rebuilding a car and you take it to a guy who claims he can do it and you help him then the motor blows right up you won't blame the guy that was supposed to know what he was doing just because you watched and maybe held a bolt or 2. @ so your friend help put it together it on him to. Why would you connect a high power battery together with solder. Anybody with common sense who actually watched that dude channel no, that’s not the way he put together batteries so that’s why I believe him when he said you told him that’s the way you wanted to put together because you is the only battery on his channel that’s built that waybefore he built your battery, he built your battery. I never saw him build a battery that way.

@FloridaVolts haha he used house copper wire in most of his original builds and my buddy who's battery it was took him all the correct stuff to build it but Ebike girl said he wanted to do it that way so they drove to home Depot and got the stuff. Like I told you it's not my battery and do better research

This bike climbs hills fine the hills I went up are pretty nice long hills and it has no problem at all and I'm 260lbs

Don't know why you would do that most people want it because everyone always forgets to turn them off but lucky for you the new models don't have it aval. It was only on the 1st batch that had that noise. @@oldmanebikes8392 I know it would help many people to remember to turn off the signals, but after an over 50 year motorcycling experience, I have developed a reflexive action when using my directionals that never fails. Many bikes have self cancelling signals now but not back in the day. I learned pretty quickly how leaving directionals on can get you into trouble pretty fast. Thanks again for the video.

I'm building it as we speak to 60v62.5ah with 5000w motor and 200a controller so it will be flying soon. It would have been done a while ago but I have some health issues so it's taking longer. But I have everything sitting here to do it all and the only thing I'm waiting for is my custom tank battery from chriscrossingwires go ck his channel out he will have videos of my battery build soon.

The higher the number you put it in the faster it will go with throttle and also when pedaling it so mine came set with 1,2,3 and with throttle and on 1 it would go 20mph and 2 will get you to 32mph and 3 got me to 39mph and I'm 265lbs. No it doesn't have gears but it's very easy to pedal and it's very comfortable to pedal. It's the best bike I have ever owned and people think I say this because everyone thinks I got the bike for free but they are wrong I paid for it because I was told it was a great bike and they were right it is the best bike from a company that I have owned. You won't be disappointed and for the price at 1699 with my discount you can't go wrong with all it comes with.

I wouldn't have recommended this bike the more we are finding out about them it's not getting better but I think if your going full throttle you might get 25mi in dual motor but I just talked to someone that did a test on there batteries and they weren't even close to 20ah they were closer to maybe 15ah at most and the company customer service is no good. If you just got it send it back you have 30days so they say. The bike has issues. Sorry to tell you but I wasn't happy with it or them

And yes unlocking it will cut into your range even more because your using more power.

@JustinGroves13 depends on style but I know my buddy loves his tuutio seeker24 or bensi seeker dual motors and it's 52v and goes like 37mph and he uses it for his transportation also. And they are cheaper than this I just can't recommend Meelod at all. Horrible company and bikes.

I don't leave it alone outside I keep it in my shed and my shed has alarm on it and cameras. And they sell wheel locks you can use.

You will need to cut the rack up to be able to use it for a seat extension because the rack sits higher than the seat and there is a bar in the way also. I'm assuming that's what your trying to say. But this bike was broken out of the box the rear motor doesn't have any power if you use it in single motor mode I had to do my whole video in dual mode. And meelod won't help with repairs or even entertain helping me with the issues so I can't recommend this company or bike. It looks nice but is built very poorly.

@@Reshtarc it won't be to easy to make the rack to hold a seat unless you raise the seat up higher and cut the cross bar off the rack. But if you haven't bought the bike yet then I wouldn't and I would look for something else. It's a heavy bike and brakes are to small for the weight of the bike and batteries don't seem to last long unless you use single motor but in my case I couldn't run the bike on only the rear motor but you could run it on front motor and it might help. I just seen a guy who had his for 3mo and his front forks collapsed and they didn't help him either. I know a lot of horror stories with these bikes and the company. Now the 600 model looks ok but not much range since it's 52v and single battery with dual motors. But good luck and let me know if you do get it and have any issues and if they help or not. I mean they sent me the bike to review and wouldn't even help me knowing I would have to tell everyone so how much you think they will help a normal consumer.

If you want a great bike with the best customer service ck out the Bigniu BG-X its alot better Ebike and basically same price but with way better components

I'm not beefing with him. Lol he just don't like that I tell people about batteries he built that blew up. He don't want people to know the truth and if it wasn't his fault with the 1 battery that my buddy had him build them why did he take the video down of that battery build. I can tell you why because it showed him building a 💣 bomb. But I don't hate him just want people to be safe and he don't care about safety only the money and subs.

Haha ok learn the whole story.

You probably held the brake lever in at start up and put it into low power mode. Go on the Bigniu UA-cam channel and watch the video that shows you how to take the speed limiter off. That's all that probably happened

Don't you think adding a longer seat would of made a big deafferents ? I don't have one but , I thought I would put a spacer to raise the seat and make it longer too. Any thoughts , ANYONE , anyone ? I'm 6'4" 275lbs. with a love for the out doors.

I wouldn't buy this bike or any from Meelod there customer service is very bad and almost non existent. And there bikes don't hold up I got like 70mi on mine before rear motor stopped working and now they won't even help with anything even tho I told them before I rode it that the rear motor wasn't working properly but they said it's fine. Well nope it's broken. Stay far away from Meelod

Yes it didn't turn out the best because my GoPro wasn't working right so I had to use the phone.

Thanks the video quality will be better this had to be shot from my phone and it was on wrong settings but I got my GoPro working again so others will be better.

I'm running the motor on 60v and I'm keeping the stock controller hooked up to run all the lights because they run thru the stock controller so I will have a buck converter that will drop the 60v down to 48v just for the lights. But the power will be 60v with the 5000w motor and with 100a controller

@@rclejarde yes I'm using motor and controller from risunmotor.com. They have the best prices and there components are the same as NB power stuff. But way less. An my battery is being custom made the top battery is being made by Chriscrossingwires it's 60v22.5ah with P45B molicels and button battery is 60v40ah with lipo cells. I will have it done this weekend I hope.
