How many horsepowers does it take?
Tractor has 120hp but 100hp tractor should do the job on a flat surface.
Just need to be able to tilt the moldboard up and down. This will give you a crown to your road so the water runs off. I would love to try one here in Maine. Does look good though. I also like the fact you put a scarifier on in place of a standard cutting-edge.
