Well a sincere thank you from for pointing out that issue with the playlist. I had to view my channel on youtube while not logged in to see what you were talking about. The playlist looks proper to me now, and if you're seeing that there is more videos in the playlist than are shown, that will be because i have the rest of the series on a scheduled release timer and they're just not public yet. Hmm, well in this playthrough i just went to get a hook on my liege to be able to declare war for dragonstone and it worked fine. So i booted up a new file to test real quick... count of cracklaw, vassal of king robert same as stannis. Did what you described, changed vassal contract for war declaration to be sanctioned, fabricated the claim on dragonstone... and i was able to do it just fine. You need prestige to declare claim wars, do you not have enough? I'll assume its not that because that's hard to miss... otherwise i cant really say why that would be happening besides a glitch. Try what i did and a boot up a new game and see if you can replicate the problem.

From what you say, i would assume you're running into a scenario where you are being GPU limited. If you're using the latest version of Dolphin, you shouldn't be running into any issues with the games stability, so i would assume performance bottle-necking. From the settings you're describing you should be able to run it without a powerful system though, something like a GTX 1070 and cpu of equivalent quality should run those settings fine. Assuming you're using windows, open the game in a window, and get to a point where you're having performance problems. Then open task manager and pay close attention to what is says about your GPU, CPU, and memory usage. Look to see if you're reaching 90-100% usage on anything, if you are, you're being performance bottle-necked and will have to try playing on lower settings. If you dont see yourself being limited performance wise, play for a bit and periodically check task manager to see if your usage spikes into the 90-100% range. If you're seeing that you are not being performance limited, than i wouldn't know what to say the problem would be. Make sure all other unnecessary programs on your computer are closed while testing as well.

Hello, sorry for the later than intended reply, had to grab an EU copy just to be sure, if you're referring specifically to the HD texture pack in the description by the user Thorn, unfortunately it does not seem to work for the EU version with the quick testing i just did. Everything else graphics wise presented in the video is run through Dolphin itself and should work 100% with any version.

Thanks for the comment. Yes im actually aware of what you're talking about nowadays, but unfortunately i captured all this footage before i knew that info. Im actually in the process right now of making a detailed video covering how good you can in modern day make FE Path of Radiance look using dolphin enhancements and that texture mod you're talking about. But as for this series it will have to exist as is, i would love to show off a full playthrough of this game pushed to the max graphically, ive already got a decent bit of stuff on my docket i want to do but maybe i can bang out a livestreamed playthrough just so people can experience the full game at maximum graphical capability because i do feel a bit bad this playthrough is a lacking in that deparment compared to what i can now with my new pc.

Yes, 100%! Free time was a eaten up this week watching an esport tournament (The International for Dota 2) but now im all good to finish it up. And since it will probably good for my work rate, ill promise to have it out before the week is over, stay tuned. @@xlFoxFire22lx

No i havent found a proper 16:9 fix yet, that would be a genuine help if you have one. I did a quick search a couple weeks ago and found a widescreen hack for the eu version of the game on the dolphin wiki. Didnt end up working for me, the widescreen hack worked to a degree but it introduced some glitches to the games lighting. If you have a fix for 16:9 that dosent glitch out other parts of the game id be very happy to hear it. @@xlFoxFire22lx

Hello, yes Eternal Sonata is fully completeable on Xenia emulator, and this playthrough does cover the entire game. As for the tutorial request, if you could answer some questions i could make a very simple wright up here because it is actually very easy to set up. i'll offer some general advice here and maybe even that will be enough to help. Xenia is one of the easiest console emulators in the space to use, just pick it up from its website xenia.jp/ and if you need any sort of guide on how to use it or set it up there is plenty on youtube already you can search for. Having an xbox controller and plugging it into your computer to use is what it is, simple. Finally if you dont know how to get Eternal Sonata the game itself for you to run it in Xenia... google is your friend, and there are subreddits on reddit dedicated to that kind of stuff.

Well it can be a yes and no answer in my opinion. If were talking older nintendo stuff, Original Xbox/Ps2/Gamecube era, then yes generally. Some of the best emulators out there not only run old games well but can come equipped with optional graphical enhancements even improving the experience over how it was originally intended. I had a great time running Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance on the Dolphin Emulator for an example, but this often requires at least decent hardware to acheive. Also keep in mind while you may have an emulator that runs multiple old games great, one in particular might run worse than you'd expect, always check the website of the emulator you're using to look at compatibility of the game you're trying to run before going through the work of settting it up only to find its performance lacking.

Well as this playthough is finished and simply not fully released as its on a schedule, i can tell you i have beat the entire game, and it was a enjoyable experience. This was played on an un-changed Xenia master build from late 2022. Only issue i had are graphical issues that pile up as you play but can be easily and instantly fixed by pressing the f5 key (default). I did have some issues with crashing, but i did not find it enough of a problem to stop me from playing, maybe every 3-4 hours of playtime you can expect a crash, save at every save point you find and you shouldnt do too bad. Also good to keep in mind im running a 1070 video card and simmilar range specs, your experience with your set-up may be worse or better than mine was.

Sorry, but i cant find that out myself, dont personally own any consoles from this current gen. It might be difficult to find out if this specific game works just by googling but always give it a try, otherwise id suggest to find one of online emulation communites and asking there, or if somebody could check for you.
