How was breathing out of your mouth after surgery? I”m looking at partial removal of uvula and deviated septum repair. I worry about being able to breathe afterwards due to swelling. I might get the nose done separately at a different time 🤷🏼‍♂️

Thanks for a great video. I have a similar Nissan pickup truck and am paying the penalty for neglecting it during the pandemic. Brake issues. Clutch issues. Starter issues. It's coming along, but not without the help of videos like this. I have two aftermarket manuals for the truck and some of the pictures in those things are impossible for me to understand. It helps a lot to see a demonstration like this. It's a good little truck and I plan to keep it. The repair manuals that I have call "that little piece of metal" (that was a problem for installation of the brake pads) the "retainer clip". Boy was that a b***h to deal with. I don't know how many times I tried and tried again to get the pads back into those. I feel vindicated now that I see that a knowledgeable man like HH also had to struggle like I did, even using a hammer as a persuader. I actually managed without a hammer, but did tap on the pads a bit with a wrench.

This 34" bracket is so good because it is wide enough to span 3 16" stud spaces so that you can attach it to 3 studs and therefore it becomes an adjustable offset tv mounting bracket. Because of stud placement in my living room when I went with a smaller width bracket I couldn't cheat enough to have the TV centered on the 13'6" wall because in the very center of the wall was a stud. If I had used a bracket that only spanned 2 studs I couldn't cheat or slide the tv towards the center. With the HF 34" wide bracked I didn't have to cheat at all because it spanned across the center stud and attached to the adjacent studs. $21.00 for it and the 65" tv looks fantastic. This is a 30 minute job to 60 min. Have a phillips screwdriver that is 15 or so inches long, a 4ft level helps, mechanical pencil with erasure. 5/32" drill bit. ratchet and socket to screw in lag bolts to the studs. The TV literally hangs on the upper bracket as the bottom philip scres just keep it from coming off the top bracket rail and falling off the wall.

My husband is having the same issues. We are planning for the OT. I am confused whether that will solve our problem or not. Also will it relapsed again after OT? Thanks in advance for your response.

This is potentially a pretty dangerous hack. When the flow is reversed through the directional control valve the pressure relief valve is completely defeated. That means there is no safety relief for the output of the pump and pressure can build to the point where it either stalls the engine (not too serious) or breaks something in the hydraulic system, potentially causing physical injury. This pressure build up will happen very quickly, in much less then 10 seconds, once the hydraulic cylinder that is being moved gets to a deadhead position. If anyone is going to do this, only have the engine at an idle so it stalls easily.

Why make it flush with the counter? The thickness of the plywood subtract from the 32’ or more height so it could be a even transition from counter to plywood

I noticed u used Teflon tape. NEVER use Teflon tape with hydraulic fluid , it eats it up & breaks it down and gets into ur system on the inside . Use hydraulic sealer , LOCTITE makes a hydraulic sealer ( NOT THREAD LOCK ! )

Thanks for your video. I had mine, (the whole procedures) on Thursday 02/15/24. I've been feeling utterly miserable with pain and what not and I wanted to see if this was normal. Well I guess it is. So hard to swallow anything and my mouth keeps producing this disgusting mucus. Thanks for your video, this is all normal. Just can't wait for it to get better.

I have to take regular medication every day. If I don’t that would be really bad how do I do that if I’m gonna have the surgery? How would I swallow pills?
