Going for a mountain biking ride can be it's own form of therapy for some people. Lately, I haven't been making enough time for bike rides and it has been starting to affect my mental health. So I went for a ride on the Peppermint Loop at Potato Creek state park to reset myself while being surrounded by nature.

I'm 41 and have used mountian biking as my exercise. Along with eating better I'm down 54lbs. And when I'm not hitting trails i can pull my 18 month old twins in their bike trailer. That helped me get my cardio up. Combined they are over 50lbs plus the trailer weight. So when I'm riding without the trailer it feels super simple. Plus i have fun both on trails and pulling my babies..

Just did the 1st half of the trail yesterday. This trail seemed technical to me because I am new to mountain biking and it seemed if you got off the path you could slide far down the hill in some parts. I also got lost. Kept finding myself going out on Garner ST. I do have a bad sense of direction. Had the GoPro on so I may upload it to UA-cam. There were some cool parts that I did but do not see in your video. Not sure if they were new or you cut them out so your video was not to long.

Great video! You need to come back as they have opened a full new section to the west which takes you by the lake and has many more features. If there are novice riders reading this, come ride this trail as it is super friendly to new riders with minimal climbs, all features have ride-arounds, and it's just a fun, fast flowy loop.

Go on Sunday Monday Wednesday or Friday. ride your bike up to the top of the first climb you’ll be greeted with a very quick downhill section that ends at an access road you can take right back to the start. That’d be your best bet because there is a lot of climbing.

Thanks! So hard to find specific info on my old fork, I couldn't even tell where the schrader valve was located. Judging by this video it's probably underneath the cover on top of the fork, not the hex screw on the bottom which looks too small to hide a valve anyway. I'm just gonna gestimate the air pressure tho, 65 psi seems to be for my weight.
