    Interesting rendition of Bierce. It looks and feels a bit "stiff" though: the actors speak their lines - taken verbatim from the story - as if they're reading from a teleprompter behind the camera. Also, the story describes Adderson as more emotional, actually afraid of dying than is depicted here. Overall though, a nice effort; it's good to film renditions of Bierce's Civil War stories.

      First of all, thank you for your comment, I didn't think anyone was watching 17 minutes of people talking! The film was more of a technical exercise than a performance one (I wouldn't even classify it as a legit film) so we didn't want to spend too much time on reshaping the words to meet our desires because Ambrose's are just so perfect.
