The internet speed was so poor and the device was heating so much that I returned it after one day. But there is another device of same category named "Mag2SIM by SIMore". Try to signup for icloud only. Then use that icloud account on app store. Most probably it will not ask you for payment using this method. You can also try making seperate id using your laptop if its not working through mobile phone.

Yes you will receieve OTPs. But ab tamam banking apps auto fetch karti hein otp. Or sirf usi case mein work karti hein ager sim card usi phone k ander ho jis per banking app use karna chah rahay ho. Ikos ko use kartay huay ap esi koi bhi banking app use nHi kr sktay jo otp auto fetch karti hay.

The background noise is because of holding two phones next to each other. It happens with any two phones on speaker next to each other. So, that point is totally wrong.

Yes you can use both simultaneously without any issue. Just turn on bluetooth and then go to ikos application and connect your ikos k7. After that simply go to phone settings and then to bluetooth and simply connect your bluetooth.
