I am apolitical but I am also not ignorant to the power of influence. So Richard, how the heck are we supposed to gain mass user buy-in and adoption for meaningful infosec awareness/adherence when, at his Florida retreat, a former President of the United States undermines all of those efforts by a well publicized demonstration of his complete disregard and trivialization for infosec initiatives? To your Patient Diagnosis slide I would add this bullet point: "Failure or lack of leadership". I would also add, "No incentive to adhere".
EU data subjects - again why are you making up these terms?
EU Personal data - where in the regulations does it state EU personal data? Why are you making up these terms?
Minimum data - for the purpose. It isn’t just minimum data. It is sufficient data but no more than necessary to achieve the purpose.
How do you verify section. These link back to risks, issues and actions that come out of the DPIA and should be fed into project (if that is in place). The DPIA needs to be kept under review. ROPA is unnecessarily related to the DPIA.
