Lol I’ve listened to this song since maybe the age of 10, always been an outcast living different from anyone else. Ill always hold my head high listening to this song!
I'm a recovering addict and I am so sorry for everything using my life is so caodic at times but I will get done with the help of my own strength and my counselor Amen
This is too relatable though. Its not like I want to lie and I take action before I can think. Thanks for making this! Even though its like 6 years later XD
can anyone help me find an acoustic version of middle of the night by these guys? can just find the one version and its not nearly as raw as the one i accidentally found on limewire 10+ years ago
+BlackMask It's not... At all... Just look at the difference in times. You don't hear of people actually playing instruments anymore (if they are on the radio). Everything is getting easier for people, it's starting to only need to sing (with some pitch correction of course). It's all shit, buddy. Maybe there's a few out there who still do good, and want to be amazing at what they do. But that's just slowing down with time. If I was a musician, (AND FAMOUS WITH TONNES OF CASH LIKE SOME) I would learn every instrument to ever interest me, and try to obtain this amazing original homemade sound. I wouldn't be doing just to have a good time, which is the only thing I'm getting from pop music and many other genres. Anyone can be a musician in todays age. We need a new word.
Alright, I'll clarify something - Pop's been around since the 70's. It's been played with instruments, and synthesizers. Nowadays, your music is a set of pre-recorded sounds, synthesized beyond distinguishability with the original audio; Looped in 15~ seconds segments and vocals are added to it. Notice most modern pop and rap has alot of gaps in the lyrics, which are not solos? They sing a few seconds and stop, sing a few more then stop? It's because they wrote the song and came up with a basic beat, refine the beat and 'perfect' the lyrics. Charlie Puth - Attention is a great example, he repeats words where more descriptive, meaningful lyrics could be inserted. Now look at most Michael Jackson songs; Hardly repeats himself in a single line. It's because you can't find inspiration these days when most things has been done already. They water down and put a trancy beat on their songs to sell records for money. They don't sing from heart.

Great song!
I'm glad some people can make real music. Pop isn't real music, it's crap.
+CrissyCry That's a really pretentious thing to say.

+Matt Dubaj i would spend hours and hours instead of a couple hours for a single song!
