What do you set the treadmill speed to?
+Stephen Crocker depends on the size of your stride, really. Esther and I had different speeds. Mine was somewhere around 8, if i remember correctly, and Esther's was around 7.5. As long as it's at a pace where you can walk to the beat of the song, you're good to go! -Jon

Serene Hee SME (Bruno Mars's entertainment company, who own the rights to this song) have blocked all videos using Uptown Funk, including Carson Dean's original treadmill dance video :( we're so sorry if you're unable to watch our video because of this!
