My share code still starts that the 20hrs must be on the shortage occupation list and so even though I am applying for jobs on the eligible occupation list, employers do not want to go ahead after seeing my share code. Hello, I lived in Wales and Care Homes in Wales are not been regulated by CQC. CQC only regulate Care Home or Agencies in England. CIW regulate care homes in Wales so does it means that Care Home in Wales, Scotland and Ireland can not offer sponsorship
