I play pretty much the same with the mod that heals you 10% when vortex ends. Never have to reload and constant healing.
Oh I bet thats nice!! I just switched over to a full lonewolf set, with my frost chest, and my SMG hits consistently with 1200+ a shot at full 8 stacks and constant frost vortex.
I kinda have the same build.. full crit Icy Rain and I'm struggling to solo LEA labs with it (couldn't beat it).. it might just be a skill issue but it was easy with the Doombringer shotgun
I can switch to my abyss AK and have to switch back bcuz I feel I melt ads so much more. A Single DoT is not the best but ads it shreds

It's not insane crit if you're using an elemental and not crit gear. And this silo is hard not pro. Starchrom is precious resource and you're teaching the wrong thing. Shows in the damage, too low for legendary gear. I hope noone follows this build and buy shelterer set for icy rain.
I bought shelterer gear first, and Im switching to Lonewolf. I was just doing a quick build with what I had.
Also updated the description to better explain that.
Also mentioned it in the video @ 1:20 seconds that I am indeed swapping out the gear.

Their are people in my game server who is using some kind of build, i don't know. Thier bullets almost looks like frost arrows and they melt every boss in front of me. Usually i don't like to min max build i play on my pace. But they ruin some fights for me. Like world events where we had to kill centaur boss in they end they just hit him with couple of shots and he is dead and i don't get to loot his body because i didn't contributed in that. I just wanna know what kind of build tgis is. Because frost vertex build is different then that i pretty sure but maybe I'm wrong.
Go last valor shrapnel build and you won’t regret it.
Do you know the type of gun they are using? Shotgun, sniper SMG, etc etc?

It sounds like Frost Vortex. You can build to add more Frost spikes.
@@being47 Not seeing anything with frost on a handgun. Maybe they use the bullseye handgun and switch to something else?
Discovered this day one when I joined 76. Waited until I scored enough caps to buy the plans. Totes not new news. This old news, dood. But good effort making newer players aware of this, tho.
@@sekaiishtal2508 yeah it came out in December of 23 with the initial release of Atlantic City so not super old but now new either. Very cheap plans, maybe walk away with all of them under 6-700 caps.

Where did you get the lingering frost mod at? I've never seen frost vortex version.
I think I might've gotten it off Forsaken, or a World Prime War and getting 1k points. IIRC.

The problem with all the currency is that you eventually run out of things to buy, even things you don't really want. Look how many power armour paints there are on the latest season rewards pages. I rarely wear power armour. The biggest disappointment last season was the angel wing jet pack which can't be used on the Secret Service armour. Why? I didn't know until after I'd bought it. I like my two builds, armour and weapons and there's really nothing I want to collect now, especially with the camp build budget being crippled. Every legendary item I get is inferior to my current weapons and armour so they are scrip. All I do now is visit camps to buy plans I don't already have, buy plans I don't have with bullion, and have given up on stamps as there's nothing I want. My main reason for still playing after four years is helping lower level players and having a laugh with a small group of players on my friends list.
