Bit of a backing challenge here. Don't come in 39th from Buckeye. Turn on 40th Ave because you have to park on the street first to check-in, then you have to back in from the street through the only entrance.

Another beautiful place destroyed by an interstate hyway
@@davidchapman1519 You wouldn't see it without a highway through it, so........
@driversseat523 oh but i did. Many many times. On US 6. Duh
I've been inside the Arch. Thank you for the reminder, it made my day to remember my strong American family.
That is so cool!! I've fed geese and witnessed a flock of geese flying but, never have I seen a flock crossing the road. Neat.
Thank you for slowing down!
@@DrSweat I had to. There was nobody behind me, so it was OK. They moved as soon as I got on the horn.
We call it fog in Texas. Light fog.
Yea, well we've all driven in fog at one time or another. The point of this video is?
I used to drove semi thru there many times..
Briefly lived just south of Glen Helen, brings back memories of my morning commute, listening to KNX 1070, and Sigalerts, fun times.
i have driven a rig many thousands of miles in the centersl valley for. this video is clear skys compared to valley fog.
Yea 99e is notorious for really thick fog
I drove Wolf Creek pass, in Colorado, on my first day in after training with a company for Swift back in the day of the 90s. I never felt so tramarized from that since then. I will never forget.
The June Gloom!
I've trucked over the Cajon pass too many times ! The fog can be really heavy. Glad I'm done !
May Gray, followed by June Gloom - normal SoCal weather.
Looks like Snoop Dogg needs to inform the California Dept. of Transportation ahead of time when he takes a road trip.... 😉🤣
I misspoke and said Hwy 84. It's Hwy 87.
Enjoyed the video. It looks cold there.
It was 24°
Thanks for bringing us along.
I've been that same DC for beer! Don't miss anything about Jersey 😅
Burrrr....it looks cold. Enjoyed the video.
Thanks for watching!
Where you been... haven't posted in months?
Not much new to post. Same places back and forth.
awesome !
Hey I’m thinking of coming on with may trucking as a company driver what’s the pay like??
Daily rate, so if you get shutdown because of weather etc.. you still get paid. Per mile too. If your per mile is more than the daily rate, it's a bonus at the end of the month.
Thx
If the drivers are used to these type of weather and driving conditions they should make it at ease. But they have to remain as safe as they can be.
Yep, I'm used to it. 5 years driving about to start winter #6. Just don't get complacent and think you got this. Slow down and park when you can't handle it.
As a Truck Driver there are rules & regulations implemented by the FMCSA that if the Weather is to dangerous to drive in you don't drive. Today's Trucking Companies don't care about Safety and the Driver will be held accountable for any accidents, Jack knife etc. Stay Safe ❤
Like 1 👍 Greetings from Naples, Florida. Thanks for sharing those awesome views with us, have a great week. 💯
Can’t drive a straight pin up your ass with a sledge hammer driving in those conditions! Been there done that😂
Knowing it’s bad why are you even out there
Because it's drivable and you have get what you're hauling delivered. Don't you hate it when you go to buy something and it's not there because the truck is late?
@@driversseat523 that’s all the time.
Quit driving for no pay May trucking.
Don’t miss those freezing as# trips. I’m retired now 😬
looks like you're driving safely for the weather conditions. i've lost count on how many times that i'd be driving in a snow storm on a highway doing 45 mph (which i thought was a bit too fast for conditions) and still be passed by other motorists like i was standing still. i can't believe the amount of dangerous drivers there are on the roads.
Thanks. I was a little faster than I should have been I think. Just a little.
Turn around, Illinois SUCKS!
God bless you man
Love driving through Glenwood canyon. Problem for truckers is no place to park.
There is a rest area with truck parking.
Roll on Driver's Seat.....
No offence intended but I was just getting ready to mute the sound when you turned it off. Roll on Drivers Seat......
Glad to see you're still trucking on man!
Yep still driving. Call when can. 520-424-5230
Thanks for bringing us along. Looking forward to more.
I have several more I'm going to put up. I've been lazy lately.
Thank you for those that have yet to conquer this.. How fast was you going? 45ish?
35 to 40.
snowy mountains - beautiful! Thank u 👌🇬🇧
excellent driver 👍💯💯💪
I guess so. A year and a half and no wrecks at all. But we all have to drive in weather like this , like it or not.
Greetings from Cuba 👍💯
im assuming the defroster... sry
Yea, most of the noise
Thanks so much from the UK for taking us with you as we'd probably never see it, if it wasn't for you
Well thanks for riding along.
Those roads look like ours here in uk🇬🇧
So what's the big deal? I live in AK. Seems like a normal winter day.
It's a "big deal" to those who are curious about what is winter like in Wyoming?. You have your own version of winter where you are.
it is what ever you are used to--ran tanker out of salt lake for years--105 ft semi and pup--was in wyoming almost everyday--never once did i chain up except at a loading or unload spot-never on hiway--now they make em chain one snowflake because the drivers on average are way way dip wads and lot more traffic--never thought i was a hero--just did my job, went home
"i never chained up" - as if that is something to be proud of. @@dethray1000
We have blizzards in April unfortunately. It seems like the windy part of Wyoming down there. Glad you use a CB.
Last winter was bad in Wyoming. I live in northern Wyoming. I-90 and I-25 got closed a lot last winter. I admire you truckers driving through our state. Because Wyoming doesn't use salt.
Wyoming does use salt. The salt is mixed in with the sand.
@@The_Handies very small amount of salt to keep the sand from freezing. My brother in-laws are snowplow drivers for the state. We don't have rust on vehicles from salt here.
Slow going........but you ARE going. Thanks for the ride.
If I remember that road correctly you must have turned your camera on just after leaving Paducah, Ky......am I right? I thought you were heading to Metropolis there for a minute.....the home of Superman. Thanks for the ride.
Texas Best Smokehouse......Oh Hell Yeah!....and that's the bottom line.
