I too, felt the agent was running through the house at warp speed, while the photographer (who did a great job) was trying to capture the rooms. It seemed like he wanted to slow down but she was all over the place. I would definitely need to talk with her if she was selling my home. The house could have so much potential . It just was not properly shown. PLease take this as constructive criticism not negativity.

Inadequate tour, lack of information, poorly prepared. For example, couldn't you have checked on whether the pocket door would open before you showed the house? Couldn't someone have swept the sidewalk and porch before filming? Last but not least, your attire is less than professional. Not the Richmond realtors I remember.

Please next time show the closets, have the cameraman enter the porch area, let us know what work needs to be done, show the second bathroom, etc. There were not enough details given.

This Home is very much in alignment with my tastes. It possesses an inviting warmth that is undeniably enticing. I consider Lilac to be my Soulmate in color-form. Therefore, the exterior Paint colors appeal to me in every way. I am a lover of old Homes and have only recently purchased one- a 1945 Colonial Revival architectural style that I am actively making my own. I see this is a very informal tour, and a fair bit of criticism has been lobbed at this young woman host. Not much of those criticisms read as constructive, however. May I suggest, employing specificity in your next tour- precise age of Home, sq. Footage as well as lot size, are the fireplaces functional, is there central air, interesting facts about the location, etc. As a viewer, I would prefer one refrain from usage of slang and colloquial sayings: "It's giving...etc..." Allow your viewers the chance to ponder what the space looks like in their minds. What if I am grossly put-off by the medieval era? Speak of the size and livability of the space. Prospective Home buyers yearn for as many facts as possible presented in a professional way. You have the potential to show a Home well. Best of luck to you!
