Art of Reduction
Приєднався 10 гру 2022
The Art of Reduction is intended for the barber or stylist who wants to go deeper in the art of hair. We believe we should all have a student’s mindset - always learning, always growing, always thinking deeper. A huge influence to The Art of Reduction was Bob Ross and his amazing way of teaching how to paint. We can only pray to be half as good as him. We can’t thank Malone Media LLC, Trailway Studios, our models, Aveda, Layrite, Hanze De Fuko, and Hattori Hanzo enough for the support. Please enjoy the production.

With cosmetology and barbering really starting to blend together i thought it would be nice to show off a cut where you would need to know both trades. Really wanted to show off the taper aspect of this cut aka the barbering part. As well as show of the long flowing part of the haircut aka the cosmetology part of the cut. I can't thank you enough for watching the art of reduction. I am not the ...

Quality looks great in this video! I don’t know if you changed anything. Regardless, one thing that never changes is you giving a great haircut and even better commentary. Well done my man!
Thank you for one of the kinder reviews Henry Malone at Trailway Studios got some new cameras and we took some advice about doing more of a close-up. Thought it turned out great thank you

What insurance company insures your vehicle. I can’t find any companies that will insure services being done inside vehicle???
I believe we went through progressive. Our laws in Indiana are very chill.
Thank you for responding to that question. What type of insurance did you have to secure for it? @artofreduction
Perfect 👌👌
Totally appreciate the feedback back! Have an awesome summer!
This video is great man! Can’t wait for the next one. Hope you’re doing well.
Life is great filming a new video this week!
How many watts does the generator have?
it is a 7,000 watt generator, plenty of power to power the whole truck!
I'd like to suggest improvements such as more brightness and a 1st person POV camera, I appreciate your videos
Working on it!
'promo sm' 😘
This is NOT a fade 🔥🔥🔥
you are talented 👍
Thank you for the kind words! I’m always trying to learn and grow behind the chair!
@@artofreduction it would be nice to have more videos showing fade techniques with the trimmer
@@Beentevideo let me see what I can do for you !
Are you trying to talk your father to death?
He does have a huge life insurance policy 🤭 tbh I’m just trying to teach all new barbers and stylists something new… enjoy your weekend my man.
No way ur dad is 68 he looks so young!! Love the videos
Hopefully people say the same for me when they m that age! Ty for the kind comment! Keep enjoying the videos!

Man your videos are incredible! 🗣Please don’t stop!
Thank you for such a kind review! Have a great Easter!
About how much would you say total start up cost would be for something like this?
It truly all depends. We are about 45K - 50k into this build all together. We ran into so many problems with the truck. Needed new everything. Thats why I recommend buying a new truck with better bones. we still have made are money back and the money we made in marketing is even higher! wishing you the best!
Whats up bro. Im in the process of building my truck. What ac system are you running?
it is a standard top mount RV ac unit. 13,500 btu. does a great job here in Indiana. if you are in the south might recommend two of them. Thank you for watching
Really appreciate you watching and the support! Wishing the best week ever to you John!
Another awesome video. You can easily tell every video gets better and better. Keep going man!

How did you cut a window in the side?
The body is aluminum. Masure twice cut once with a saw and you can mount and fit the window like a normal house. apricate the comment.
Just wanted to leave a positive comment and let you know that I love your videos. I hope you keep pumping out some content because it’s great. Not even a barber or anything but I’ve learned a lot and I really like your point of view on certain things. Just wanted to say that. Have a good weekend man!
John as a normal man that I am... I really appreciate you sending the kind words and motivation. I plan on making more content throughout the year and really hit it hard in 2024! wishing you a great end to the year and a even better start to the new year!
Thanks for your reply, and I hope to see some of your new content here soon!
Love your truck! Looks awesome. What are the dimensions of your truck? What would be the minimum dimensions for a two chair shop??
I believe the truck dimension of working space is roughly 12 feet by 6 feet. and we are still a bit crammed. Bigger is not better though there is too small.
@@artofreduction Thank you!!! It looks a bit bigger on the video, maybe because of the camera lens 😄 Great that you were able to fit two full stations in that space. Yes I understand what you mean about it being too small, especially with two barbers working and two clients in the chair.... But I completely agree with you that a two-chair setup is preferable to a single chair. I'm working on a plan for a mobile barbershop, and definitely want two chairs so I can rent one out to a freelance barber or another barber working as an employee
Nicely done! Could you make asmr haircut videos?
Yes I can
Excellent video, great job Reeve! 👏💇♂️💯
Thank you 🤗
👏👏👏👏
I always appreciate the support!
