I found the prosecutor way more annoying than the defense attorney. I’m an elderly white lady living in the south and I didn’t have any trouble understanding the defendant. Fulton county jail is not a walk in the park. I see a high schooler trying to lie his way out of a bad situation. Did they ever identify this ‘G’ person. Did he not get charged? Did he plea out? I realize motive is not required but I still don’t have any idea what could have triggered this. I find it hard to believe a playground fight between 6 and 7 year olds a year ago is the basis is this. …. Judge Boyd would not be happy with all these references to the ‘baby mama’.

Mr. Thomas will be back in prison within one year, having committed another murder during a drug deal. Thomas could pretend to be interested in the facts of the plea deal which could get him off with time served.

Ricardo plead in 2017 and got 3 years served and 7 years probation, so it's possible Ricardo is no longer on probation. If he claims to not remember any pertinent facts that would convict his cousin, there isn't any leverage the State has on Ricardo anymore.

The states PowerPoint is very poorly done. Weird right justifying - bullets used inappropriately. It was distracting. I’m sure it didn’t matter in the end but if your focused on the PP instead of the content… don’t lawyers have to write properly. I even saw a misspelling.
