Very good presentation and history lesson. I love this fruit very much .... Very tasty. The reminder to viewers about their part in climate changes and the negative consequences it can have on us was the icing on the cake. Good job sir.

I can't really relate the taste of abiu to another fruit .... All I can say is that it has a smooth vanilla like taste .... Not very sweet.

Excellent video with lots of useful information. Many people learning to graft fail to realise that properly mating the scion to rootstock is part of the process. As you point out, major parts of the ptocess are propper preparation and post graft care. A quick question for you Mr. Raymond. I often graft avocados and mangoes with suboptimal scions (scions with buds that have not emerged), and wrap with plastic strips to retain the moisture. After four weeks, is it generally safe to remove the plcastic covering the scion?

Nice video 🙏🏾 I grafted over 300 seedlings so far this year with my cultivar of bottle neck which I think is superior to every other pear… I normally buy the seedlings from C.A.S.E nursery in port Antonio, so I don’t normally have the luxury of grafting on to such young seedlings. But after this upcoming pear season I will propagate my own seeds so I Will definitely try your method!!! Very informative video will definitely be subscribing 🫶🏽
