Thank you for the in depth analysis of the song. I always look forward to your comments. To be very honest when I was toying with the idea to record this particular song-- made immortal by Md.Rafi saab--I was quite apprehensive, for the simple reason that singing, as I always believe, is not only about Sur, Tal and Laya and this song has some special elements in it. The legendary triad combination of Shakeel Badauni, Naushad and Md.Rafi made this song unique and a masterpiece. I realised that to churn out the melancholy from the song, the frustration of a dejected soul need to be delivered and that won't be easy. There are songs which need to be felt! That you could feel the emotions-even if slightly-is my biggest achievement!! Suparna ofcourse has made my job easier by providing a good videography. Luv always!❤
