Sure, no worries. You need to select an object (by clicking on it once), then you need to press alt, then hover around, but you mustn't press your mouse (or touchpad) again. You move your pointer, but not clicking or holding your mouse, just hovering (while holding alt).

You can only measure the distance between objects. So, if you have "Design" and "Start" written as two separate text blocks, you can measure the distance between them by clicking on one of those and pressing alt and hovering over another one. If "Design Start" is part of one text, it will be impossible.

Unfortunately, it's impossible to do that in Figma by default. You may check some plugins that potentially may help you, but it will not be as easy as in the video

Not sure I completely get what you mean, but I'll try to explain. To make sure you work inside the frame, you need to make sure all objects you are working with are inside this frame. To do that, you need to check the layer manager (left sidebar) and make sure all objects are inside this frame. However, the frame is just another type of object in Figma, so it is possible to have a frame together with, for instance, a rectangle or text on the canvas, and in this case those latest objects will not be part of the frame. In the layer manager frame, the rectangle and text will be separate layers, and not nested inside each other.

You need to make sure that those rectangles are inside the frame. Take a look at the layers manager in the right sidebar. Because, there is a chance that those rectangles are outside, therefore clipping content doesn't work

Hi! Thanks for noticing that, it seems there was some trouble with the video. However, it doesn't have an answer to your question. To scale stroke with the shape you need to use "scale" feature. On Windows, you should use Alt, on MacOS you should use Option=) But what also should be taken into account is that if you have one element inside the frame you can measure only distances to the borders of the frame. If you have a group inside a frame, then you need to select an element inside the group, so you'll be able to measure distances from this element to frame borders and to other elements, otherwise, the group will be treated as one element and you'll measure everything from the group to frame's borders.
