just got my radspeed xb. xstiff 60g shaft and 9 degree loft. i have never EVER played a driver more straight and long. it’s like a cheat code. i don’t see any reason to use another driver again.

My takeaway from this is that for most people who hack around a golf course, a 10 year old X Hot gives you 99% of what a £400 new driver does. I could be wrong, but (again for most people) isn't the money better invested in coaching than buying the latest and greatest?

Thanks for the video! Adjustments question. I have the 10-1/2 degree XB model and found that I needed to go up to 12 degrees to get the proper launch height. My understanding is that as you increase the loft - the face closes more. My misses are to the left so this is not the best thing for me. Wondering if I replaced the removable 6-gram weight with a 12-gram weight it would allow me to drop the loft back down to 10-1/2 degrees - if it would maintain my desired launch height and also bring the clubface make to neutral. Sorry - a bit wordy, Thanks for your response.

Don't buy the hype tried to buy two sets of irons had to be sent back to the factory two times to get manufactured but to other individual collapse both of them had to be sent back two and three times to get done correctly such a shame they can't get their act together buyer beware !!!!

ive had a sim max d 10.5* ( turned down to 8.5* ) for a couple years now with a hzrdus 6.0 shaft and just got a sim 2 max ... chucked the hzrdus shaft in the sim 2 and took off down the range.............. farrrrkin hate it so far ........... sounds like shite ... way too dull instead of that noice crisp thwack !!!!....... doesnt launch the same as the old sim either .. harder to find the centre ... lost 20 yards easily ( was getting 230-240 carry ),,,,,,,,,,, any suggestions welcomed > should i take the back weight off? > should i add more back weight? > heaveir/lighter moi screw??............. or just say farrkk it and sell the sim 2 and stick with the good old sim ??????????? ( essentially.......... not an upgrade for me!!! )

I watched the drives , sure seemed that the XHot was straighter so I don't understand your graph , drives under like 1800 spin are considered not to good by anyone else in the market , and the price difference of the 2 is huge , I can't see spending that kind of money for what I saw you do , You really do hit the Xhot very well . The SLDR had super low spin should test that see how much distance you get . LOL :) at a cheap price ,

Great video - the lighter weight in the back of the head reduced spin but what did it do to the swing weight? You mentioned it felt lighter , so something to just get used to? I typically have my drivers at D3 - D4. Thanks!

Smash factor is lower on the Callaway because it's been hit for 7yrs. Metal fatigues. New it would have been the same. Keep the Callaway. It's more accurate, 13yds isn't worth it.

Someone's selling the 6iron for 60 dollars. Does this seem too good to be true?

I stumbled on one yesterday, I have seen them for $189, but I’m an older player 60+ and love my TaylorMade R7. I hit it well. Regular flex 10.5. Yesterday I breezed past an ad for PXG, wait a minute, did that say $119?!?! I scroll back, sure enough! I want to try this! I go through and finally decide to pull the trigger after a few reviews and research. I want the RH 12.0 Senior shaft, or 10.5 Senior shaft. Dang! It’s only available in 10.5 RH regular or 10.5 LH Stiff. I choose the former being right handed. The flex and loft are the same as my R7, so let’s see. Amazon $129 after tax, will arrive in about 3 weeks.

I can’t believe you did your testing with range balls. Am I seeing that correctly? You got to use some non range balls, even if your testing balls are not Titleist Pro V’s, at least use balls that are a pro line golf ball. Please. Pretty please.

I realise that everyone hits different distances but any Idea how far a 9 iron will travel? I broke my 9 iron and looking for something that goes around 130yards. I don't want to buy a 9 iron that will out hit my 7 iron. The PXG's look really good and at £75 is cheaper than some second hand clubs on eBay.
