I heavily agree on the extrovert part! i’m actually quite extroverted and get energized around people i love, but i’ve noticed how i’ve slowly become more and more introverted, not by choice, but by circumstances (aka not having a lot of friends to call up). It’s as if i’m seeing a part of me wither away and it’s quite sad to see this spark gradually disappear. I’m also a 22 year old girlie just trying my best to get by day by day so you’re not alone in this:) i do work in customer service but 80% of the time i’m working alone - which means quite little socializing. How do you usually spend your days? Do you have any activities or rituals you like to do? :)

happy new year! i was surprised to see the title of the video because i relate so much. at the moment, i too feel like i’m behind or not at the same pace as my peers and it gets really discouraging because i have to remind myself that i can’t rush the process and i’m not in control of it. i used to be really bad at regulating my anxiety about this last year but ever since the holidays, i’ve been trying to take things one at a time and focus on things i can control at present. i hope things and i know things will get better and life will bless you tenfold this year! thank you for your videos char ❤️
