About the defect, it's not necessary that you'll also get a defective one and even if you get....you can easily return it. That's the best thing about online shopping right...!!! I bought a JBL Flip Essential on April 4th. Initially, it worked fine, but now I am facing problems with the pairing button not working, and I can't dual pair it. I already claimed the warranty, and they picked it up for repair. After 15 days, they delivered it back to me, but the same problem persists. They are telling me to resubmit the speaker. It was a big mistake to trust JBL products. 😢😢
No man! JBL is a trustworthy brand and it's product quality does speak for it. The issue you are facing is with the service centre which goes down to the people who are handling things there. Try to connect with JBL customer care.

What is the lowest price of this mp3 player. How about its sound quality and sound output. Which is better: sony or philips?
+Jesvin John best price link is in the description. you can check that out. And we cant really compare sony and this one because they have a huge price gap. For the money value i recommend philips but if money is not your concern then you can go for sony.
Bass kesa hai
+Sushil Soni It deliveres a quality sound with balanced bass. And bass quality also depends on the quality of headset. For me it delivers a good amount of bass. But if you are a bass freak then i would not recommend this player. You can check out sony nwz-b183f but it will cost you a lil more.

+Piyush Bohra yes! Even i charge it only using my phone's adapter. But i suggest use only 1amp charger. Because it has a small battery so if you use powerful charger, maybe that can cause battery issues.

+Piyush Bohra It is actually the output power of adapter. It is mentioned on every adapter. Look for output: 5v = 1A (ampere).
how to import songs to it
+Kaushik Dey You just have connect it to your phone (through OTG) or computer. And you can add or delete songs.

+Kaushik Dey yes...it will work with any branded headset. Not sure about non-branded. For best experience i suggest you to use a branded headset.

Even i wasn't satisfied with it as a viewer but i knew that it's the best i could do at the time. If you didn't like it because i missed something then you can ask it but if you didn't like it because of overall quality then i suggest you try to make a video, that will change your mentality forever about UA-cam videos 😊.
