Restaurant Style Egg Biryani | Easy Egg Biryani | Anda Biryani Recipe | Ande Ki Dum Biryani
*🌟 Anda Biryani 🌟*
*Ingredients:*
- *Eggs*: 4, hard-boiled and peeled
- *Basmati Rice*: 2 cups (400 grams), soaked for 30 minutes
- *Onions*: 2 large, thinly sliced
- *Tomatoes*: 2 medium, chopped
- *Ginger-Garlic Paste*: 2 tablespoons
- *Green Chillies*: 2, slit
- *Mint Leaves*: 1/2 cup, chopped
- *Coriander Leaves*: 1/2 cup, chopped
- *Yogurt*: 1 cup
- *Lemon Juice*: 2 tablespoons
- *Nutralite DoodhShakti Probiotic Butter Spread*: 3 tablespoons
- *Biryani Masala*: 2 tablespoons
- *Turmeric Powder*: 1/2 teaspoon
- *Red Chilli Powder*: 1 teaspoon
- *Salt*: to taste
- *Oil*: 2 tablespoons
- *Whole Spices* (Cinnamon stick, Bay leaves, Cloves, Cardamom pods): As needed
- *Water*: 4 cups
*Directions:*
1. _Prepare the eggs_: After boiling, make slight cuts on the eggs or lightly fry them in a pan with a little oil for added texture.
2. _Marinate the eggs_: Mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, half of the mint and coriander leaves, lemon juice, biryani masala, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt in a bowl. Coat the eggs with this marinade and set aside for about 10 minutes.
3. _Cook the onions_: In a large pot, heat oil and add whole spices, cooking until they start to pop. Add onions and fry until golden brown.
4. _Layering_: Add marinated eggs, followed by tomatoes and green chillies. Cook until tomatoes soften.
5. _Add rice and water_: Spread soaked rice over the cooked masala, add water, and sprinkle the remaining mint and coriander leaves on top.
6. _Adding flavor_: Dot the rice with *Nutralite DoodhShakti Probiotic Butter Spread* to enrich the flavor and add health benefits.
7. _Cook the biryani_: Cover and cook on low heat until the rice is done and the water is absorbed (about 20-25 minutes). Avoid stirring to keep the layers intact.
8. _Rest and serve_: Let the biryani sit covered for an additional 10 minutes. Fluff up the rice before serving with raita or salad.
