Before anyone gets too excited about the trio of lights that appear to be hovering above the train in the first 30 seconds or so .... that is only an internal reflection of the train's headlights inside the camera's multiple lenses. Sometimes called a "lens flare". That's all it is. Calm down. There's a way of "proving" this, but it's very lengthy to explain in words.

This train only carries the rail, it doesn't do any welding. That is done by hand.

The West Bend hopper was a great catch 1:39. Back in the 70’s and 80’s the hoppers lettered for elevators that leased the cars for shipping unit grain trains, Red Superior Elevator and Pink Klemme Coop cars were some or the most common. The West Bend car has probably traveled may times down the “spine line” loaded with grain destined for Gulf Coast ports and export or to feed yards in the Texas panhandle.
