In 2008, THX recruited 20th Century Fox and Dr. Seuss to come up with the idea of having Horton the Elephant (voiced by Jim Carrey) in its logo trailer (hence the tagline “The Audience is Hearing” at the end of the logo trailer). The logo trailer was definitely shown before Horton Hears a Who (released the same year as this logo trailer).
