Seniors can safely bench press by warming up, using proper form, and listening to their bodies. Modifications and special equipment can make bench pressing safer and more comfortable for older adults. This can include using a lighter weight, adjusting the bench angle, or using a spotter.

4:45 - up until the last 2-3 weeks of prep they tend to feel better and their blood pressure goes down - because they get their calories from meat and suddenly they are eating less of that. they were getting their vitamins and minerals from pills anyway so there is no nutritional loss - just reduced saturated fats and all the toxins you get from cooking meat. no one at the top eats well. This blows my mind. there is a complete disconnect from proper nutrition. ... and don't get me started on rice - the anti nutrient and poison...

I have never heard of some of this gyms. Very informative.
I feel Kael's method will get results much much slower but without injury. He could benefit of adding intensity, I don't see him ever touching "failure" in any of his vids. Michael James I feel he trains too much in the upper limit and tacks on too much weight too soon without proper rep work. His form compensates too much which leads to obvious muscle imbalances/compensations and technique. Not good for the long run. Cisco says he does a hybrid of higher reps and heavyweights but the problem is his reps are not all honest, meaning his reps are all different.. towards the end he starts to cut range of motion, depth and or tempo. This is judging by your older vids tho. Peep Matt Ogus who just won his natural pro card recently, he's a lifter who does a proper mix I feell I'm just glad you guys haven't quit lifting and a part of the 1% who actually lifts. respects.
Agreed. There’s definitely pros and cons to each of their training styles, but that’s what makes them the 3Gs! 3 different perspectives, but all coming together at the end of the day to share the idea that fitness is good for anyone and everyone!
