In this video, we talk about the delicious food that is sold at the evening market SAT Market | ตลาดกกท. The market is located near the building of the Sports Authority of Thailand | Sports Authority of Thailand
It consists of two parts and is somewhat similar to the Pattaya market Thepprasit Night Market
Open every day, except Wednesday, from 5 pm to 9 pm. At 3 p.m., the vendors begin to arrive and prepare for sales.
This market has a lot of different clothes, small non-food items, but this is not our topic and I cannot tell you about it.

04:33 ►พะแนงหมู | pha nueng muu | Peneng curry with pork and rice - This is a Panang curry with pork and all seasoned with fish sauce and other spices (depending on the recipe);
04:59 ►สะตอหมู | sato muu | Pork with sprouted sato beans and rice. Sato beans are also called stink beans. These beans grow in southern Thailand.
07:16 ►ห่อหมก | homok | Minced sea creatures (shrimp, crab, fish, squid, etc.) are often mixed with minced fish with red curry paste, coconut milk, shrimp paste, sugar, eggs and fish sauce. All this is fried in a palm leaf on the grill.
Sometimes whole pieces of meat from sea creatures are added to minced fish. Sometimes made without red curry paste. Greens and peppers are often added;

Blue swimmer crabs lose their legs when put into the steamer alive. They should have iced them or stabbed through the shell before steaming. The crabs lose a bunch of fluid though the broken limbs. Despite being supposedly fresh from the sea, I'm surprised to see many fishes with cloudy eyes - that's a sign that they weren't stored well. Do they not use ice at all?

ISO they put the bag of food on the ground, then they put it on they trey(bowl s) I wonder if they think about that. I mean the bags were on the floor. Was looking forward to visiting Thailand and Laos but watching these videos I don’t know if I’ll be able to eat since their concern or cleanliness is not so great.
There are many cafes that have special rooms for cooking and serving. You can come to Thailand and not be afraid to get poisoned.
