Stpaul rec'd 1st Ford c cab in 1965 -1970 they lasted 25 yrs ea. In cold snow salt potholes...very very popular in all of Minnesota till the 1st Louisville L9000 L8000 in 1972 they really were a great cab in Midwest for decades

As one of the newest generation of firefighters who trained on one of these, i absolutely loved them. Throughout highschool, our program gave us donated turnout gear and a 1989 Hahn Engine and we were taught how to drive and operate it, along with all the basics of firefighting, not limited to hose stretching, primary searches, RIT, forceable entry, and dawning/doffing

It's amazing how far camera technology has come. It is great to see the old school trucks, being recorded on an old school camera. It reminds me of the Emergency series, that was on when I was young.

My friend and I just purchased this truck on Tuesday. If we didn't purchase it, the owner was gonna scrap it. Still runs great! Pump is cracked though and minor rust needs to be taken care of. Other than that, beautiful rig!
