Im currently building my shed to answer questions that shes not ill say. 1. Look up state requirements 2. Pay to have electricity wired along with plumbing PROPER PLUMBING. 3. MUST HAVE VENTALATION 4. Must comply with codes and state policies 5. Must be licensed 6. Have shed inspection 7. I have 8x12 8. Get business license LLC so that you are considered an actual business cost was 370.00 Hope this helps
