Where... in México?
Playa Del Carmen!
Bring it on!!
I’ve had to learn to stop using the butt deflate valve because my natural response is to lift my butt to get to it causing a little extra air into my drysuit boots.
@@doxop6109 you don't need to lift your butt to Deflate... stay flat and try! Or place the valve on the side... if you can. Enjoy your experiments!
@@Ghost-Divers Fortunately my drysuit instructor caught it on our second to last dive. Had to use ankle weights to keep fins down (also had positive fins that didn’t help). He saw me dump some air ascending to our safety stop and it then dawned on him that I was pushing air to my feet by ever so slightly tilting butt up to dump from the butt dump valve. The final dive was perfected by me using my shoulder dump which I use exclusively now. And moving to RK3 HD fins also helped so now no more ankle weights.

Amen, fratello!
Great motivation! I often hesitate to show videos, because I think my tanks are out of trim or other stuff. But owning up to your mistakes and learning from the is the best way forward
@@LukasNiebel there are people who laught at you and people who are willing to help you... We weren't born with sidemount... we had to learn somehow!

Really interested in that spool, but can't seem to find it anywhere - may I ask the brand, or where I can find one?

Divertiti!
Great video. Looking forward to episode 2 👌

Cut the tips of cable ties with toenail clippers. leaves them perfectly rounded.
@@gerranfin I learned it from a student after I shot this video! It's a good idea! Tnx
your awesome!
Yes, please!! also want to know your thoughts and experiences on both unit as I am deciding to buy one.
Another question if you don't mind, I think I saw you mentioned in one of your vid about the Razor being too inflated, I wonder if it is about how you set them up or something more like loose bungee cord or the wing material getting a bit softer so it didn't hold the shape really well. Thanks for your answer in advance.
Sidemount part 3 Please!!
I am working on it... I appreciate your enthusiasm, it means a lot!
Don’t ask me how I know it😂
Is it possible human superpowers can be advanced when being underwater. I heard while we shower if we think of something then it becomes true. So lets think of being successful n our goals when we shower and when being in water. Water holds memories. Frequencies can change of water before we drink it. Before we drink water we must be GREATFULL for having the opportunity to drink water Human made up of 75% water?
Love this. Really like the music aswell.
Is it posdible these can be over 100yrs old?
How do you think those giant sea creatures huge octopus survived the wars? They lived underwater.
Beautiful.
Excellent
Where to get one ?
Nice
Italian dialect is the best. Even better when it is mexican.
Great video! Thanks for sharing with us 👌
Holy shit...... proof that 99% of instructors are incompetent. No one ever showed me this. I have to be on the predive setting every time
@@b.h.8421 my tip works better when using an elbow on the second stage... aleaving the reg on predive is also a good way to prevent free flow!
@@Ghost-Divers i have a swivel elbow, so a super easy flip for me

Nice job, great description and humour... I've referenced some of this in my Sidemount Secrets section. One thing to note is the differences between salt and fresh water. This affects cylinder choice Steel vs. Ali and the clip position due to the additional buoyancy in salt water. I favour a 45-degree angle for the first stage as this gives the best compromise between access to the valve handwheel and hose routing. I've never come across locating the first stage on your chest. How does this affect cylinder trim? Cheers :)
@@sidemountpros hey mate! Trim is similar with the regs on your chest! Fresh/salt water makes a big difference, true!
Awesome, thx a lot for taking time to share your knowledge and amazing tricks!
Great series!!
Thank you!

If it was Technical diving, the person should be wear recyclable airtanks minimum bubbles as possible
How to abruptly increase your risk of death percentage: lesson 1
What if I get the silly intrusive thought to un-bite the mouth piece that’s what concerns me 😂
What is free flow?
When you feeling like a G on the spot
It's when your regulator starts blowing bubbles no-stop until the tanks is empty or you do something about it! It's fun, eheheheh! It's like a hydromassage with bubbles... then you die, ahahahah!
Hell to da naw naw
Nope . Not me
First cave diver in a youtube video who isn't in mortal danger
@@Ole_Rasmussen ahahahahah! If I want to pump my video I should just write some bullshit like DEADLY CAVE or BARELY ALIVE... but it's actually very safe!
Depending on the brand of regulator and how it’s tuned it should not free flow in a swimming situation. Dpv ok that’s something else. What I normally do is I put the regulator into the minus position ( using apex xt50/100/200) and the don’t free flow.
One day !!! I hope soon
God Bless u !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great video, just a pity your GoPro was facing the wrong way round on your helmet. Small point.
@@divexplore21 it is upside down on purpose... so I can see what I am filming... I made a video about it. You can check my diving tips compilarions and find it!
@@Ghost-Divers Ah ok, yeah I’ll check it out. 👍
xdeep or razor this is the problem!
I am working on it...
Always learning something new! Thanks Davide!
Very usefull suggestion about harness configuration. What do you think about ring bungee? I'm tryng to use it, in order avoid any problem with the type of tank that the diving center give to me.
@@ClaudioPiazzi I deeply dislike them! Ehehehehehehe! Next episode will be about tanks, regs, and bungees/ D-rings to attach them!
Why do you dislike ring bungees?
@@Chris-du2hv do you speak about the metal rings attached to the bungees?
@@Ghost-Divers Yes. You said you deeply dislike them, but didn't explain why.
Yes, those ones! I don't like it because I consider it a useless bulky piece of metal. There are other better solutions! I showed how you can use regular bungee loops for any kind of valve... and there are even more methods than what I showed. But hey, I am not angry about it! Ehehehehe! If somebody likes it, I am not gonna make fun of them... maybe tease them a little, that's it!!!
Good suggestion
