Can you read the whole book please?

This one is pretty hard to find.

I loved this one. The other shivers books were meant to be scary, this one was just an awesome power fantasy. I read it many times as a child.

I absolutely hated Remember Me too, I also can't fathom how it has two sequels.

I'm glad someone agrees with me on the Killer Clown book 😂 Queen of the Gargoyles I wasn't big on either but I thought it was a bit better than Clown at least, it was more unique and had better writing, at the very least. Pet Store is the absolute worst!!!

Such cool gifts and I was impressed with the first hand drawn gift personal from a friend. That was cool..Beware the Snowman impressively done in marker. I remember drawing that as a kid carefully penciling in so that one really turned out great as a gift. Looks like a great Christmas haul. Happy New Year few days away

Great recap and review. Merry Christmas Eve and all that coal in your stockings haha I should have been bored by this as a kid, but I really enjoyed reading about Gabe alone in Egypt, bored to death flipping through Egyptian dubbed channels. Sounds ultra gripping yea, but I enjoyed the characters, Gabe, his cousin and uncle scouring the pyramid chambers. Also, 95% of the book didn't have anything supernatural until the very end like you mentioned. Very different than other books but I really liked the fear of being lost underground in the chambers.

Don't forget Red Murder! That was the second Stuff of Nightmares entry. Monster Makers was definitely my favorite of the 3, but Slay Ride and Red Murder are both decent, I would say Red Murder is probably my least favorite though

Great recap and review. Sounds like a cool read right on time for the holiday. Also, reminds me of a classic Ghosts of Fear Street book , Fright Chirstmas. If you haven't read before, I definitely recommend for similar Chirstmas Carol theme. This ones about a town bully locked in the local mall, haunted by 3 ghosts in the vein of how Bill Murray deserved the Scrooge treatment in Scrooged (1988 comedy) haha

That's insane that you have a copy of Sabre Tooth!!! I would really like to know how many copies there are in existence lol. I'm still missing about 5 Spinetinglers books in my collection and man are they ever tough to find.

Ohhhh nooo - Who's Coming For Dinner? is sooo disturbing...!! lol - I finished reading that one and couldn't believe it was a kid's book because it was so wild!! And you have a copy of the Saber Toothed Tiger book?! That's amazing. It's so hard to find!

Great review. I grew up in the 90s when all the original Goosebumps and Ghosts of Fear Street were released month by month and never, once, ran into this series. So I'm interested into hearing about them. Keep it up and Happy Early Halloween :P

I think that the torch in the Scarecrow's hand on the Vintage Goosebumps Toy you have could possibly be a reference towards the ending of the book where I believe they all burned the Scarecrow's alive in the fire that would be my only guess lol Random but, that got the gears in my mind turning along with the whole review and brought me back to when I read the book myself. But I love your videos man keep them coming they are all awesome and down to Earth and real just like everyone else in the Goosebumps Community and they are some of the best man!!

Yeah just like they should have kept the Holographic Covers for the OG 1-22 Give Yourself Goosebumps Book Covers. I believe that they should have kept the first design and layout of the first 13 or so books of the OG Ghosts Of Fear Street books for the rest of the Ghosts Of Fear Street Books, if that makes any sense lmao I am soo tired and exhausted from work today man, gotta love Mondays lol but, tis what tit tis sadly lol!

Ahhh! So many good books in there!! lol I cannot believe a teacher would read Bridge of Terebithia to Kindergarteners!! I feel like that book is for older grade school kids, but oh well. I totally forgot it’s back to school season. I need to put some of those kinds of books on my list for this month!!

I haven't read any goosebumps 2000 books but they look cool i have to check them out especially the brain juice one and the invasion of the body snatchers

That's awesome you got a Ghosts of Fear Street book, Attack of the Aqua Apes. Rarely hear anyone cover that series in the Goosebumps community. Definitely underrated, even if they may be mostly ghostwritten for R. L Stine. Also, Fright Time. Few gems in those trilogy story books. My favorites were anything by Roy Nemerson in that series.

I can agree this book isn't quite great, but I do feel it is a bit underrated/overhated. I think the Lighthouse story arc is pretty fun. The other one with the beach/cat woman is definitely weaker. Great review
