Every console supports 120hz. While you may lack the power to hit 120fps, you can still enable this setting within your console regardless of which one your on.

Rofl no. You MUST have a 120hz monitor or higher. That's like asking me if a moped can fly.

Lower the bit per pixel in the same section you changed to rgb. Some tvs only support low BPP numbers.

Will only work up to 120@1080p. You've gotta be doing something wrong. Try a lower value for bit per pixel, sometimes that does it.

@Bockezzy no not at all. It will only take effect when you switch the TV to your xbox. This is assuming your tv supports it. If it doesn't, I wouldn't recommend doing it

@ItzNotLilJuice go to the same part of your console. It will say the same number or very, very similar. Anything starting in 192.168 or 10.0.0 is a local ip adress (aka, I didn't leak jack)

Sounds like ypur network may not support it. Rare but possible.
