Im doing fine however my PC has crashed like 15 times since saturday. So i havent been able to record like ive wanted. So still troubleshooting that. Keeps going to a blue screen at random times

It is a grind when starting from scratch on a map like this or no mans land etc. Its a little easier on established maps with fields as you can do contracts to help earn money to build up your farm to progress a little faster. I wouldn't mind if you started on a new map

I'm pretty sure you only need to deal with weeds once per crop. Plowing after harvest negates weeds for the next crop you seed, but you only need to plow after every 3 harvests like lime to get your yield bonus. The field info will tell you if it needs plowed or limed. If field is not plowed and cultivated instead you will get weeds so just need to use a weeder in the first growth stage after seeding or if weeds or crop are left to grow bigger you need herbicide, the field info will say which you need to use. Either way doing mechanical or herbicide once on the field should get rid of weeds for that growth cycle

Yes using a cultivating will prepare the field for next seeding. You will get weeds though, use a plow to plow the field and it gets rid of weeds for the next crop to go in

Chickens eat wheat, barley and sorghum. The pen only holds a certain amount of feed depending on size of pen so just fill it up and top up every now and again. Defo need a silo to store feed for your animals or to store other crop and sell when the price is at its best

Don't pay out anything extra for distribution as distributing goods reduce the % of what you receive. Transporting your own goods will give you full price

You're a wealth spring of information my friend thank you. Gotcha on the silo n pen feed. For Distributing... am I goign to be able to use the multiplayer account for distributing to at least have the production chain use for my farm? Or can you only use it if owned even with contractor enabled?

You must own the production facility's to produce the goods, I've never played via multiplayer before so not sure how that works

Yeah I thought so we shall see what I can't do. The goal is to get them for the farm entirely. I just could've sworn you could use the multi-player production chains via contracting

I've only been playing on 5-10x. Yeah I've been looking into production lines that seems to be the best n most effecient way to make all the monies. Am I able to plant new trees?

I am not sure about tree planting for the base game, as I am on FS 19. I know there is a mod for tree saplings pallet for those who want to do tree farming. I highly recommend the “Lumberjack” mod as it allows you to basically delete trees. You will not be paid for the tree. I find it very useful when creating or expanding a field as you can get rid of the trees along the edge very quickly.

Yes I do have lumberjack I heard it was a must. N my video today will have trees! I figured it out
